Camouflage Garment

Abstract

A camouflage garment. The camouflage garment provides one or more appendages that are affixed to a base fabric, such as a shirt, pants, and jacket, that alters the appearance of the wearer from the surrounding area. The appendages include one or more panels in an overlapping relation that can be fastened at a first end to expose a desired indicia present on each side or face of the panels. In one embodiment, each appendage has a shape of one or more artificial leaves. The indicia are configured such that a user may match corresponding indicia of the panels, the base garment, and a first region of the camouflage garment. In this way, the camouflage garment is reconfigurable and can correspond with various environments or seasons.

I claim: 
     
         1 ) A camouflage garment, comprising:
 one or more appendages hingedly affixed to a base fabric, the base fabric defining a portion of the camouflage garment;   the one or more appendages comprising one or more panels in an overlapping relation in a closed configuration, each of the one or more panels having a panel fastener disposed at a free first end;   the base fabric including one or more base fasteners, each base fastener configured to couple with the panel fastener;   the one or more panels including an exterior panel;   the base fabric comprising a first indicia;   the exterior panel comprising an exterior side, the exterior side defining an outermost panel of the one or more panels in the closed configuration;   the exterior side comprising the first indicia;   the base fabric including a first region having a second indicia;   an interior side of an innermost panel of the one or more panels including the second indicial; and   wherein a pair of adjacent faces includes a matching third indicia, the pair of adjacent faces defined as sides of adjacent panels of the one or more panels oriented towards each other.   
     
     
         2 ) The camouflage garment of  claim 1 , wherein the panel fastener comprises a first attachment point on a first side and a second attachment point on a second side. 
     
     
         3 ) The camouflage garment of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more panels comprise one interior panel. 
     
     
         4 ) The camouflage garment of  claim 1 , wherein each of the one or more appendages comprises a leaf shape. 
     
     
         5 ) The camouflage garment of  claim 1 , wherein each of the one or more panels are identically dimensioned. 
     
     
         6 ) The camouflage garment of  claim 1 , wherein the first region is dimensioned to match a dimension of each of the one or more appendages. 
     
     
         7 ) The camouflage garment of  claim 1 , wherein each of the one or more appendages are dimensionally identical. 
     
     
         8 ) The camouflage garment of  claim 1 , wherein the first region is coextensive with the base fabric.
