Intergluteal cleft cleaning device

Abstract

A cleaning device. The cleaning device includes a cleaning member and a handle. The cleaning member extends from the handle. The handle includes an upper surface, a lower surface, and opposing sides. The cleaning member includes a first side, a second side opposite the first side, a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge. A distance between the first edge and the second edge is substantially greater than a distance between the first side and the second side. Therefore, the cleaning member may have a thin profile and resemble a blade. A plurality of ribs extend from the first side and the second side of the cleaning member.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cleaning device comprising:
 a handle;   a cleaning member extending from the handle and comprising a first side, a second side opposite the first side, a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge, wherein a distance between the first edge and the second edge is substantially greater than a distance between the first side and the second side; and   a plurality of ribs extending from the first side and the second side of the cleaning member, the plurality of ribs comprising a rubber elasticity.   
     
     
         2 . The cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the handle is curved. 
     
     
         3 . The cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the handle further comprises a plurality of finger grooves. 
     
     
         4 . The cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of ribs are substantially parallel relative to one another. 
     
     
         5 . The cleaning device of  claim 1 , further comprising a stem extending from the handle, wherein the cleaning member is comprises a hollow core forming a slot, wherein the stem fits within the slot, releasably retaining the cleaning member. 
     
     
         6 . The cleaning device of  claim 1 , further comprising gauze wrapped around the cleaning member.
