Carrying case

Abstract

A carrying case ( 20 ) is provided that includes a first portion ( 22 ) having a first inner surface ( 42 ) and a first outer surface ( 34 ). The carrying case also includes a second portion ( 24 ) having a second inner ( 58 ) surface, a second outer surface ( 36 ), and a pocket ( 68 ) located between the second inner surface and the second outer surface. An item located in the pocket can be viewed and manipulated from the second outer surface.

1 ) A carrying case, comprising:
 a first portion including a first inner surface, a first outer surface, and a first pocket located between the first inner surface and the first outer surface:   a second portion including a second inner surface, a second outer surface, and a second pocket located between the second inner surface and the second outer surface; and   a zipper extending between the first portion and the second portion,   wherein an item located in the second pocket can be viewed and manipulated from a window located on the second outer surface,   wherein the first pocket includes a second zipper and when the second zipper is in a closed position, the first pocket is kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture regardless if the zipper extending between the first portion and the second portion is in the closed position, and   wherein when the zipper is in a closed position, the first inner surface and the second inner surface are kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture regardless if the second zipper is in the closed position.   
     
     
         2 ) The carrying case of  claim 1 , wherein the second pocket includes a flap and when the flap is in a closed position, the second pocket is kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture regardless if the zipper extending between the first portion and the second portion is in the closed position. 
     
     
         3 ) The carrying case of  claim 1 , wherein the first inner surface, the second inner surface, or both includes one or more slits for holding one or more cards. 
     
     
         4 ) The carrying case of  claim 1 , wherein the first inner surface, the second inner surface, or both includes one or more holders for holding one or more items. 
     
     
         5 ) The carrying case of  claim 1 , wherein the first inner surface and the second inner surface each include one or more slits for holding one or more cards. 
     
     
         6 ) The carrying case of  claim 1 , wherein the carrying case floats. 
     
     
         7 ) The carrying case of  claim 1 , wherein the carrying case includes one or more straps. 
     
     
         8 ) The carrying case of  claim 7 , wherein the one or more straps include an adjustment feature for adjusting a length of the one or more straps. 
     
     
         9 ) A carrying case, comprising:
 a first portion including a first inner surface, a first outer surface, and a first pocket located between the first inner surface and the first outer surface;   a second portion including a second inner surface, a second outer surface, and a second pocket located between the second inner surface and the second outer surface; and   a zipper extending between the first portion and the second portion,   wherein an item located in the second pocket can be viewed and manipulated from a window located on the second outer surface,   wherein the first pocket includes a second zipper and when the second zipper is in a closed position, the first pocket is kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture regardless if the zipper extending between the first portion and the second portion is in the closed position,   wherein the second pocket includes a flap and when the second zipper is in a closed position, the second pocket is kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture regardless if the zipper extending between the first portion and the second portion is in the closed position,   wherein the first inner surface and the second inner surface each include one or more slits for holding one or more cards,   wherein the first inner surface and the second inner surface each include one or more holders for holding one or more items,   wherein the second outer surface includes two hooks for attaching one or more adjustable straps to the carrying case;   wherein when the zipper is in a closed position, the first inner surface and the second inner surface are kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture regardless if the second zipper is in the closed position,   wherein the carrying case floats.   
     
     
         10 ) A carrying case, comprising:
 a first portion including a first inner surface and a first outer surface;   a second portion including a second inner surface, a second outer surface, and a pocket located between the second inner surface and the second outer surface,   wherein an item located in the pocket can be viewed and manipulated from the second outer surface, and   wherein the carrying case includes a first zipper that is moveable between an open position and a closed position, and when the first zipper is in the closed position, the first inner surface and the second inner surface are kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture.   
     
     
         11 ) The carrying case of  claim 10 , wherein the pocket includes a second zipper and when the second zipper is in a closed position, the pocket is kept dry when the carrying case is exposed to moisture regardless if the first zipper is in the closed position. 
     
     
         12 ) The carrying case of  claim 10 , wherein the second outer surface includes a window so that the item in the pocket can be viewed and manipulated from the second outer surface. 
     
     
         13 ) The carrying case of  claim 10 , wherein the first inner surface includes one or more slits for holding one or more cards. 
     
     
         14 ) The carrying case of  claim 10 , wherein the second inner surface includes one or more slits for holding one or more cards. 
     
     
         15 ) The carrying case of  claim 13 , wherein the first inner surface includes one or more holders for holding one or more items. 
     
     
         16 ) The carrying case of  claim 14 , wherein the second inner surface includes one or more holders for holding one or more items. 
     
     
         17 ) The carrying case of  claim 10 , wherein one or more straps are attached to the carrying case. 
     
     
         18 ) The carrying case of  claim 17 , wherein the one or more straps include an adjustment feature for adjusting the length of the one or more straps. 
     
     
         19 ) The carrying case of  claim 16 , wherein the carrying case floats. 
     
     
         20 ) The carrying case of  claim 10 , wherein the carrying case is waterproof.
