Abstract
A system for programming, controlling and monitoring wireless networks enabling a wireless device (Dev) being utilized and integrated into car electronic control module or home (or business) alarm/security system. This system also presents a general control (robotic) device, which controls general input and output functions, where plurality of cellular handsets, internet devices can co-control, monitor, share and exchange information through the cellular, the internet networks and other wire/wireless network.

1 . A computerized method for identifying and registering a new appliance, useful in association with a mobile device associated with an owner, the method comprising:
receiving at the new appliance a unique activation user identifier and a password from the mobile device; receiving at the new appliance a unique mobile device identifier from the mobile device; transmitting by the new appliance a unique security key to the mobile device; receiving at the new appliance a unique service identifier from the mobile device; transmitting at the new appliance via a cellular network the unique service identifier to a cellular service provider; receiving an activation acknowledgement at the new appliance via the cellular network from the cellular service provider; and transmitting by the new appliance an updated unique security key to the mobile device via the cellular network.
2 . The method of claim 1 further comprising activating the new appliance by receiving at the mobile device the activation code based on at least one of an over the air activation (OTA), a handset assist activation (HAA), a handset imitation activation (HIA), and a manual activation (MAN).
3 . The method of claim 1 further comprising:
identifying and updating the unique security key associated with the mobile device; and
limiting communications with the identified mobile device.
4 . The method of claim 1 further comprising:
identifying an unidentifiable unique security key; and
alerting one or more registered mobile devices.
5 . The method of claim 1 further comprising:
receiving a command and identifying an outdated unique security key associated with the mobile device; and
alerting one or more registered mobile devices.
6 . The method of claim 4 further comprising:
requiring a new (unrecognized) mobile device to register; and
transmitting a new unique security key to the mobile device.
7 . The method of claim 3 further comprising:
receiving an alert from at least one sensor associated with the new appliance;
transmitting the alert to one or more registered mobile devices; and
wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of an over load weight limit sensor, a breath detect sensor, a wrong way driving sensor, an erratic driving sensor, an engine idling sensor and an impact driving sensor.
8 . The method of claim 3 further comprising:
receiving an alert from at least one sensor associated with the new appliance;
transmitting the alert and a command with the unique security key associated with said command to an emergency services office (911); and
wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of a panic sensor,
a wrong way driving sensor or an erratic driving sensor.
9 . The method of claim 3 further comprising:
receiving an command unique security key associated with a command from one registered mobile device; and
wherein the command is a third party control and monitor command.
10 . The method of claim 8 further comprising:
receiving a command from at least one unregistered mobile device;
wherein the said command contains an unique security key associated with the said command; and
executing the command within a time limit.
11 . The method of claim 8 further comprising:
receiving a command from at least one sensor associated with the appliance,
wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of a console display soft keyboard or a console display hard keypad; and
transmitting the command to the second appliance,
wherein the at least one command includes at least one of a vehicle slowing down command, a vehicle camera viewing command, a stopping vehicle command, a vehicle speaker command, a vehicle horn sounding command or a vehicle emergency lights flashing command.
12 . The method of claim 3 further comprising:
receiving a command monitoring or reading the at least one sensor associated with the new appliance from a registered mobile device,
wherein the said command is a driving behavior command,
and wherein the at least sensor includes at least one of a seat belt sensor, and red light input, a stop sign input, and an excessive speed input.
13 . The method of claim 12 further comprising:
receiving and storing an alert from the at least one sensor associated with the new appliance,
transmitting a plurality of alerts including the alert at an end of a time period to the registered mobile device,
and wherein the alert includes at least one of a seat belt sensor, and red light input from traffic light controller, a stop sign input from the stop sign controller, an excessive speed input from the speedo-meter and speed bump controller.
14 . The method of claim 13 further comprising:
receiving data from the registered mobile device; and
transmitting the data to a household appliance or house related equipment associated with the appliance,
wherein the household appliance or house related equipment includes a private cloud storage or a PC.
15 . The method of claim 3 further comprising:
receiving a command associated with one sensor associated with the new appliance and a web address from the registered mobile device; and
transmitting the alert to the web address,
wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of a Global Positioning System (GPS) input, a speedo-meter input and a Real-Time Clock (RTC) input.
16 . The method of claim 3 further comprising:
receiving a connection request to at least one of a plurality of household devices or house related equipment associated with the new appliance from one unregistered mobile device; and
transmitting the alert to the registered mobile device.
17 . The method of claim 3 further comprising:
transmitting a dummy caller ID the registered mobile device; and
receiving a dummy caller ID from a second appliance.
18 . The method of claim 3 further comprising receiving an appliance ID command from a registered mobile device to the new appliance, wherein the appliance ID is at least one of an ESN, a MEID, a S/N and an IMEI.
19 . The method of claim 18 further comprising transmitting the appliance ID command respond from the new appliance to the registered mobile device, wherein the appliance ID is at least one of an ESN, a MEID, a S/N and an IMEI.
20 . The method of claim 1 further comprising:
receiving a command associated with the at least one sensor associated with the new appliance,
wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of a voice activated input, a hard keypad input, a soft keyboard input or a display icon input; and
transmitting a command associated with the at least one vehicle accessory,
wherein the command includes at least one of a vehicle door lock command, a vehicle door unlock command, vehicle alarm on command, a battery level command, a brake fluid level command or an ignition on command.
21 . The method of claim 9 further comprising:
receiving a command from at least one unregistered mobile device;
wherein the said command contains an unique security key associated with the said command; and
executing the command within a time limit.
22 . The method of claim 9 further comprising:
receiving a command from at least one sensor associated with the appliance,
wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of a console display soft keyboard or a console display hard keypad; and
transmitting the command to the second appliance,
