Shoe with Interchangeable Accessories

Abstract

A shoe with interchangeable accessories is provided. The shoe includes a sole and an upper affixed to the sole, the upper including a toe cap on a first end and a heel on a second end. The sole and the upper define an interior volume configured to receive a foot. An emblem recession disposed on the toe cap, and an emblem accessory is removably secured within the emblem recession. A headlight accessory and wheel accessories are also removably securable to the upper. The shoe is adapted to resemble a vehicle and can be customized via the attachment of different combinations of emblem, wheel, and headlight accessories.

I claim: 
     
         1 ) A shoe, comprising:
 a sole;   an upper affixed to the sole, the upper comprising a toe cap on a first end and a heel on a second end;   the sole and the upper defining an interior volume configured to receive a foot;   an emblem recession disposed on the toe cap;   an emblem accessory configured to be removably secured within the emblem recession;   a headlight accessory having a first side and a second side, the second side having fastener thereon, wherein the headlight accessory is configured to be removably securable to the upper.   
     
     
         2 ) The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein an upper surface of the emblem accessory is configured to extend outward from an outer surface of the upper when secured within the emblem recession. 
     
     
         3 ) The shoe of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a first pair of wheel recessions disposed on a first side of the upper;   a second pair of wheel recessions disposed on a second side of the upper;   a first pair of wheel accessories removably securable to the first pair of recessions;   a second pair of wheel accessories removably securable to the second pair of recessions.   
     
     
         4 ) The shoe of  claim 1 , further comprising a wheel accessory having a first side and a second side, the second side having an adhesive thereon, wherein the wheel accessory is removably securable to the upper. 
     
     
         5 ) The shoe of  claim 4 , wherein the first pair of wheel accessories are configured to be flush with an outer surface of the upper when secured within the first pair of wheel recessions, and wherein the second pair of wheel accessories are configured to be flush with the outer surface of the upper when the second pair of wheel accessories are secured to the second pair of wheel recessions. 
     
     
         6 ) The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the emblem accessory comprises a magnet disposed on a rear side thereof, wherein the emblem recession comprises a magnetic material, wherein the emblem accessory is securable within the emblem recession via attraction between the magnet of the emblem and the magnetic material of the emblem recession. 
     
     
         7 ) The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the emblem accessory is removably secured to the emblem recession via frictional engagement therewith. 
     
     
         8 ) The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the emblem accessory and the emblem recession are circular. 
     
     
         9 ) The shoe of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is an adhesive.
