Abstract

A pineapple-shaped bottle has a main body part configured to enclose an inner space for accommodating a beverage and having an opening, and a cover which is configured to close and to open at least partially the main body part so that the bottle is supported on its bottom, and to be removed and placed underneath the main body part of the bottle so that in such a position it support the bottle from below, with the main body part and the cover having interengaging formations engageable with each other in this position.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A pineapple-shaped bottle, comprising a main body part configured to enclose an inner space for accommodating a beverage and having an opening; and a cover which is configured to close and to open at partially the main body part, wherein the cover is configured so that when removed, it is placeable underneath the main body part of the bottle to a position such as to support the bottle from below , wherein said cover and said main body part are provided with interengaging formation which are configured so that in said position said interengaging formations engage each other and said cover and said main body part become connected with one another, and when said interengaging formations disengage from each other and said cover and said main body part become disconnected with one another.

2 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 1 , wherein said interengaging formations are configured as interengaging threads.

3 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 1 , wherein the cover has an inner contour which substantially corresponds to an outer contour of a lower part of the main body part of the bottle so as substantially encompass a lower part of the bottle when the cover supports the bottle from below and to provide a space between a bottom of the main body part and a bottom of the cover.

4 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 1 , wherein the cover has protrusions which are configured so that in the position when the cover is placed on a top of the main body part they are graspable by a user to facilitate moving the cover between an open position and a closed position, while in the position when the cover is placed underneath the main body with the protrusions facing downwardly they form a reliable support on the supporting surface, and in the position when the cover is placed underneath the main body with the protrusions facing upwardly the main body parts can rest on the protrusions.

5 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 3 , wherein the cover has at least three such protrusions which are spaced from each other in a direction that is transverse to a longitudinal direction between a top and a bottom of the bottle.

6 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 3 , wherein the protrusions of the cover have proximal sections extending in the longitudinal direction of the bottle and second distal sections extending from the first sections in a direction which is inclined transversely to the longitudinal direction of elongation of the bottle.

7 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 1 , wherein an outer surface of the bottle selected from the group consisting of an outer surface of the main body part, the cover, and both is provided with convex formations.

8 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 6 , wherein the convex formation on the outer surface are formed as multi-facet formations having a plurality of surfaces.

9 . A method of supporting a pineapple-shaped bottle, comprising providing a main body part configured to enclose an inner space for accommodating a beverage and having an opening; arranging a cover to close and to open at partially the main body part and supporting the main body by its bottom; and alternatingly removing the cover and placing it underneath the main body part of the bottle so as to support the bottle from below by the cover.

10 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 8 , wherein the cover has an inner contour which substantially corresponds to an outer contour of a lower part of the main body part of the bottle so as substantially encompass a lower part of the bottle when the cover supports the bottle from below and to provide a space between a bottom of the main body part and as bottom of the cover.

11 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 8 , wherein the cover has protrusions which are configured so that in the position when the cover is placed on a top of the main body part they are graspable by a user to facilitate moving the cover between an open position and a closed position, while in the position when the cover is placed underneath the main body with the protrusions facing downwardly they form a reliable support on the supporting surface, and in the position when the cover is placed underneath the main body with the protrusions facing upwardly the main body parts can rest on the protrusions.

12 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 10 , wherein the cover has at least three such protrusions which are spaced from each other in a direction that is transverse to a longitudinal direction between a top and a bottom of the bottle.

13 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 10 , wherein the protrusions of the cover have proximal sections extending in the longitudinal direction of the bottle and second distal sections extending from the first sections in a direction which is inclined transversely to the longitudinal direction of elongation of the bottle.

14 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 8 , wherein an outer surface of the bottle selected from the group consisting of an outer surface of the main body part, the cover, and both is provided with convex formations.

15 . The pineapple-shaped bottle of claim 13 , wherein the convex formation on the outer surface are formed as multi-facet formations having a plurality of surfaces.
