Abstract
An aerobic exercise kit for facilitating aerobic exercise includes a plurality of rings. A selected one of the rings may be manipulated during aerobic exercise. Each of the rings includes a weighted portion. Each of the rings may impart resistance to a user when the user manipulates the selected ring. Thus, the selected ring may increase cardiovascular activity when the user manipulates the selected ring. Each of the rings has a unique diameter with respect to each other such that each of the rings has a unique weight with respect to each other.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An aerobic exercise kit being configured to be manipulated during aerobic exercise, said kit comprising:
a plurality of rings, a selected one of said rings being configured to be manipulated during aerobic exercise, each of said rings including a weighted portion wherein said selected one of said rings is configured to impart resistance to a user when the user manipulates said selected ring thereby facilitating said selected ring to increase cardiovascular activity when the user manipulates said selected ring, each of said rings having a unique diameter with respect to each other such that each of said rings has a unique weight with respect to each other, said weighted portion corresponding to each of said rings comprises an inner core, said inner core being continuous such that said inner core forms a closed loop; a respective outer shell being positioned around said inner core of each said ring, said outer core having a plurality of cuts, said cuts defining exposed portions of said inner core between said cuts, each said exposed portion being diametrically opposed from another said exposed portion.
2 . (canceled)
3 . The kit according to claim 1 , wherein said inner core of each said ring is comprised of a molecularly dense material wherein said inner core of said selected ring is configured to have a weight being sufficient to increase cardiovascular activity when said selected ring is manipulated.
4 . (canceled)
5 . The kit according to claim 5 , wherein said outer shell is comprised of a resiliently compressible material.
6 . An aerobic exercise kit being configured to be manipulated during aerobic exercise, said kit comprising:
a plurality of rings, a selected one of said rings being configured to be manipulated during aerobic exercise, each of said rings including a weighted portion wherein said selected ring is configured to impart resistance to a user when the user manipulates said selected ring thereby facilitating said selected ring to increase cardiovascular activity when the user manipulates said selected ring, each of said rings having a unique diameter with respect to each other such that each of said rings has a unique weight with respect to each other, each of said rings comprising:
an inner core being continuous such that said inner core forms a closed loop, said inner core being comprised of a molecularly dense material wherein said inner core is configured to have a weight being sufficient to increase cardiovascular activity, and
a respective outer shell being positioned around said inner core of each said ring, said outer core having a plurality of cuts, said cuts defining exposed portions of said inner core between said cuts, each said exposed portion being diametrically opposed from another said exposed portion, said outer shell being comprised of a resiliently compressible material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
