Abstract

The present invention relates to novel mixtures, to processes for preparing these compounds, to compositions comprising these mixtures, and to the use thereof as biologically active compounds, especially for control of harmful microorganisms or pests in crop protection and in the protection of materials and for enhancing plant health.

1 . A composition, comprising
 (1) at least one compound of formula (I)   
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
         
           wherein 
           R 1  represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and 
           R 2  represents a methyl group, a difluoromethyl group or a trifluoromethyl group; and 
         
         (2) at least two compounds (II) and (III) selected from groups A to C:
 (A) the group of insecticides consisting of (1.1) acetamiprid, (1.2) clothianidin, (1.3) dinotefuran, (1.4) imidacloprid, (1.5) nitenpyram, (1.6) thiacloprid, (1.7)thiamethoxam, (1.8) nicotine, (1.9) fipronil, (1.10) ethiprole;

         with the proviso that the specified compounds (II) and (III) belong to different groups (A) to (C). 
       
     
     
         2 . A composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of formula (I) is represented by one of the compounds (I-1) to (I-5): 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
     
     
         3 . The composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of the group of insecticides is selected from the group consisting of (1.1) acetamiprid, (1.2) clothianidin, (1.3) dinotefuran, (1.4) imidacloprid, (1.5) nitenpyram, (1.6) thiacloprid, (1.7)thiamethoxam, (1.8) nicotine, (1.9) fipronil, (1.10) ethiprole. 
     
     
         4 .          5 . The composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of the group of nematicides is selected from (3.1) abamectin, (3.2) aldicarb, (3.3) imacyafos, (3.4) fluensulfone, (3.5)  Bacillus firmus , (3.6)  Bacillus firmus  strain I-1582. 
     
     
         6 . The composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of formula (I) is combined with at least one member of (A) the group of insecticides and at least one member of (B) the group of fungicides. 
     
     
         7 . The composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of formula (I) is combined with at least one member of (A) the group of insecticides and at least one member of (C) the group of nematicides. 
     
     
         8 . The composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of formula (I) is combined with at least one member of (A) the group of insecticides and at least one member of (C) the group of nematicides. 
     
     
         9 . The composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of formula (I) is combined with at least one member of (A) the group of insecticides being clothianidin and at least one member of (C) the group of nematicides. 
     
     
         10 . The composition according to  claim 1 , whereby the compound of formula (I) is combined with at least one member of (A) the group of insecticides being clothianidin and at least one member of (B) the group of fungicides. 
     
     
         11 . The composition according to  claim 2 , whereby the compound of formula (I-1) is represented by formula (I-(R)) 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
         wherein 
         R 1  represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and 
         R 2  represents a methyl group, a difluoromethyl group or a trifluoromethyl group. 
       
     
     
         12 . The composition according to  claim 2 , whereby the compound of formula (I-1) is represented by formula (I-(S)) 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
         wherein 
         R 1  represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and 
         R 2  represents a methyl group, a difluoromethyl group or a trifluoromethyl group. 
       
     
     
         13 . A method for controlling harmful microorganisms, comprising contacting said harmful microorganisms and/or a habitat thereof with a composition according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         14 . A method for treating seeds, comprising contacting said seeds with a composition according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         15 . A process for preparing a composition, comprising mixing a composition according to  claim 1  with an extender, a surfactant or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         16 . A seed treated with a composition according to  claim 1   
     
     
         17 . A process of  claim 15  wherein said composition comprises a synergistically effective mixture.
