Abstract
A brake unit ( 1 ) includes: a master cylinder ( 2 ) unit which is fixed to a vehicle body, and which includes a master cylinder ( 2 b ) that is received within a first housing ( 20 ), and that is arranged to be interlocked with a brake pedal; and a pump unit ( 3 ) which is arranged to be driven by a motor ( 3 ), and which includes a second housing ( 30 ) within which a pump arranged to increase a wheel cylinder pressure is received, the master cylinder unit ( 2 ) and the pump unit ( 3 ) being integrally fixed through a mount ( 6 ) which is an elastic member.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A brake unit comprising:
a master cylinder unit which is fixed to a vehicle body, and which includes a master cylinder arranged to generate a hydraulic pressure in accordance with a brake operation; and a pump unit including a motor having a rotation shaft disposed along an axis direction of the master cylinder in which the master cylinder is actuated, and a pump arranged to be driven by the motor, the pump unit connected through a brake pipe to the master cylinder unit, being mounted through an elastic member to a bracket, and being fixed by the bracket.
2 . A brake unit comprising:
a master cylinder unit which is fixed to a vehicle body, and which includes a master cylinder arranged to generate a hydraulic pressure in accordance with a brake operation; and a pump unit including a motor having a rotation shaft disposed in a direction toward a mounting surface on which the master cylinder unit is mounted to the vehicle body, and a pump arranged to be driven by the motor, the pump unit connected through a brake pipe to the master cylinder unit, being mounted through an elastic member to a bracket, and being fixed by the bracket.
3 . A brake unit comprising:
a master cylinder unit which is fixed to a vehicle body, and which includes a master cylinder arranged to generate a hydraulic pressure in accordance with a brake operation; and a pump unit including a motor having a rotation shaft disposed along an axis direction of the master cylinder in which the master cylinder is actuated, and a pump arranged to be driven by the motor, the pump unit being mounted through an elastic member to a bracket, and being connected through the bracket to the master cylinder unit.
4 . A brake unit comprising:
a master cylinder unit which is fixed to a vehicle body, and which includes a master cylinder arranged to generate a hydraulic pressure in accordance with a brake operation; and a pump unit including a motor having a rotation shaft disposed in a direction toward a mounting surface on which the master cylinder unit is mounted to the vehicle body, and a pump arranged to be driven by the motor, the pump unit being mounted through an elastic member to a bracket, and being connected through the bracket to the master cylinder unit.
5 . A brake unit comprising:
a master cylinder unit which is fixed to a vehicle body, and which includes a master cylinder arranged to generate a hydraulic pressure in accordance with a brake operation; a pump unit including a motor having a rotation shaft disposed in a direction toward a mounting surface on which the master cylinder unit is mounted to the vehicle body, and a pump arranged to be driven by the motor, the pump unit being connected through a brake pipe to the master cylinder unit, being mounted through an elastic member to a bracket, and a vibration proofing member disposed in a vibration transmitting path between the pump unit and the master cylinder unit.
6 . A brake unit comprising:
a master cylinder unit which is fixed to a vehicle body, and which includes a master cylinder arranged to generate a hydraulic pressure in accordance with a brake operation; and a pump unit including a motor having a rotation shaft disposed along an axis direction of the master cylinder in which the master cylinder unit is actuated, and a pump arranged to be driven by the motor, the pump unit and the master cylinder unit being connected through a member arranged to transmit a vibration, and the member arranged to transmit the vibration, and one of the pump unit and the master cylinder unit being connected through an elastic member.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
