Abstract
The present disclosure provides an electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a sensor and a processor electrically connected to the sensor and configured to generate information indicating a start of an activity when first data indicating that an activity of the electronic apparatus occurs is received from the sensor and generate information indicating a start of an exercise when second data indicating that the activity is associated with the exercise is received from the sensor.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An electronic apparatus comprising:
a sensor; and a processor electrically connected to the sensor and configured to generate information indicating a start of an activity when first data indicating that an activity of the electronic apparatus occurs is received from the sensor and generate information indicating a start of an exercise when second data indicating that the activity is associated with the exercise is received from the sensor.
2 . The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to measure exercise information by detecting an exercise information measurement event after generating the information indicating the start of the exercise.
3 . The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a display electrically connected to the processor,
wherein the processor is further configured to display a user interface displaying an activity of a user on the display and display the information indicating the start of the activity on a first area of the user interface based on the first data.
4 . The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a display electrically connected to the processor,
wherein the processor is further configured to display a user interface displaying an activity of a user on the display and display the information indicating the start of the exercise in a second area, which is larger than a first area, of the user interface based on the second data.
5 . The electronic apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising an additional sensor,
wherein the processor is configured to receive data from the additional sensor to measure the exercise information.
6 . The electronic apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising a display electrically connected to the processor,
wherein the processor is further configured to display the measured exercise information on the display.
7 . The electronic apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the processor is further configured to change a threshold for measuring the exercise information based on a characteristic of a user.
8 . The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to generate information indicating that the exercise has stopped when third data indicating that the activity has stopped is received from the sensor, after generating the information indicating the start of the activity.
9 . The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to measure exercise information based on data received from the sensor when fourth data indicating that the activity has ended is received from the sensor, after generating the information indicating the start of the activity.
10 . The electronic apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the processor is further configured to output guide information based on the measured exercise information and a preset target exercise amount.
11 . The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the sensor comprises a pedometer.
12 . The electronic apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the additional sensor comprises a biometric sensor.
13 . A method of an electronic apparatus, the method comprising:
generating information indicating a start of an activity when first data indicating that an activity of the electronic apparatus occurs is received from a sensor; and generating information indicating a start of an exercise when second data indicating that the activity is associated with the exercise is received from the sensor.
14 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising:
measuring exercise information by detecting an exercise information measurement event after generating the information indicating that the exercise has started.
15 . The method of claim 13 , wherein generating the information indicating that the activity has started comprises outputting the information in a first size.
16 . The method of claim 13 , wherein generating the information indicating that the exercise has started comprises outputting the information in a second size that is larger than the first size.
17 . The method of claim 14 , wherein measuring the exercise information comprises:
operating an additional sensor that is different from the sensor; and measuring exercise information based on data received from the sensor and the additional sensor.
18 . The method of claim 13 , wherein generating the information indicating that the exercise has started comprises measuring exercise information based on at least part of data received from the sensor.
19 . The method of claim 14 , wherein measuring the exercise information comprises changing a threshold for measuring the exercise information based on a characteristic of a user.
20 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium that stores a program that when executed performs a method comprising:
generating information indicating a start of an activity when first data indicating that an activity of the electronic apparatus occurs is received from a sensor; and generating information indicating a start of an exercise when second data indicating that the activity is associated with the exercise is received from the sensor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
