Abstract

Component elements or component pieces of a recreational entertainment—at the rate of two active or main components and four accessories or supplements—are characterized by its unusual and original function.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . The component elements of a recreational entertainment—consisting of three active or principal items and four accessory or supplementary items—, which are characterized by their original structure and performance, are hereby vindicated as patentable.

2 . One of the active elements invoked in the former claim, characterized by consisting of a rigid, plastic figure which has two parts or shells, assembled onto a spiral-shaped, plastic device that functions as both a spin and a gyroscope, and an internal mechanism consisting of three to six round, metal plates joined together by a nail that ends in a metal cog and a plastic zipper.

3 . Another of the active components mentioned in claim 1 , characterized by consisting of a single-figure connected by a bolt to a half-sphere-shaped, rubber device, in such a way that its proper use results in the jump of the former, in the direction chosen by its occasional operator, is hereby vindicated as patentable.

4 . The remaining active component mentioned in claim 1 , characterized by consisting of a rubber figure with a plunger, which together with a plastic spring generates action of jumping, is hereby vindicated as patentable.

5 . The conformation of the accessory or supplementary element of those mentioned in claim 1 , characterized by its catapult form—suited to its interaction with the active element mentioned in claim 2 —, and that consists of two walls functioning as a base, where a plastic piece with a handle and rounded base is placed allowing the action of catapulting the active component under discussion, is hereby vindicated as patentable.

6 . Another accessory or supplementary element to those mentioned in claim 1 , characterized by its hexagonal-shaped, container house—suited for its interaction with the main component mentioned in claim 3 —containing a device of action in its roof that is formed by a hollow and rounded surface in the center of the base, presenting one of its parts two cuts that allow increasing and decreasing the diameter of the surface by applying manual pressure, is hereby vindicated as patentable.

7 . The conformation of another accessory or supplementary element to those mentioned in claim 1 , characterized by its function as a catcher, and consisting of a handle and a button at the top, from which an expander device composed by equal plastic parts joined together by screws is detached, at a rate of three pieces on each side and at the front two hollow shells which give the impression of an open mouth, is hereby vindicated as patentable.

8 . The conformation of the remaining accessory or supplementary element of those mentioned in claim 1 , characterized by working as container parts of the main piece mentioned in claim 4 , and providing mechanisms for its launch as a catapult or cannon depending on the case, is hereby vindicated as patentable.

9 . The conformation of the accessory or supplementary piece mentioned in claim 8 , characterized because the part that causes the expulsion on the catapult mode has a hexagonal-shaped upper part and has in its roof a movable cap consisting of a flat, round, hollow opening with a handle, joined by a hinge, is hereby vindicated as patentable.

10 . The conformation of the accessory or supplementary piece mentioned in claim 8 , characterized by providing a hexagonal, hollow roof, which is embedded to the container/cubic house by applying pressure, which has a round hole on its base crossed by a plastic mast—projected from the external part of the cubic house—and which is internally attached to a flat base, is hereby vindicated as patentable.
