Abstract

A ripper device for a work vehicle includes a first cylinder, a shank, and a second cylinder. The shank is actuated by the first cylinder and is aligned with the first cylinder in plan view. The second cylinder includes a proximal end attached to the work vehicle and a distal end on the opposite side from the proximal end. The second cylinder actuates the shank. The proximal end and the distal end of the second cylinder are located higher than the first cylinder in side view. The diameter of the first cylinder is larger than the diameter of the second cylinder.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A ripper device attached to a work vehicle, the ripper device comprising:
a first cylinder; a shank configured to be actuated by the first cylinder, the shank being aligned with the first cylinder in a plan view of the work vehicle; and a second cylinder including a proximal end attached to the work vehicle and a distal end on an opposite side from the proximal end, the second cylinder being configured to actuate the shank, the proximal end and the distal end being located higher than the first cylinder in a side view of the work vehicle, a diameter of the first cylinder being larger than a diameter of the second cylinder.

2 . The ripper device according to claim 1 , further comprising
a third cylinder, the second cylinder and the third cylinder being disposed symmetrically with respect to the first cylinder in the plan view of the work vehicle.

3 . The ripper device according to claim 1 , further comprising
an arm rotatably attached to the work vehicle, the arm being disposed under the first cylinder, the arm supporting the shank, the arm including
 a first arm proximal end attached to the work vehicle;
a second arm proximal end attached to the work vehicle, the second arm proximal end being disposed away from the first arm proximal end in a left and right direction of the work vehicle; and
a concave portion disposed between the first arm proximal end and the second arm proximal end in the left and right direction,
a length of the concave portion in a forward and backward direction of the work vehicle is being equal to or less than one-third a length of the arm in the forward and backward direction.

4 . The ripper device according to claim 1 , wherein
the number of the shank is only one, and the first cylinder and the shank are aligned in a forward and backward direction in the plan view of the work vehicle.

5 . The ripper device according to claim 1 , wherein
in the plan view of the work vehicle, the first cylinder is disposed along a center line of the ripper device extending in a forward and backward direction of the work vehicle, and the first cylinder extends in the forward and backward direction.

         6 . A work vehicle, comprising:
a vehicle body; and a ripper device attached to the vehicle body, the ripper device including
 a first cylinder;
a shank configured to be actuated by the first cylinder, the shank being aligned with the first cylinder in a plan view of the work vehicle; and
a second cylinder including a proximal end attached to the work vehicle and a distal end on an opposite side from the proximal end, the second cylinder being configured to actuate the shank, the proximal end and the distal end being located higher than the first cylinder in a side view of the work vehicle, and
a diameter of the first cylinder being larger than a diameter of the second cylinder.

7 . The work vehicle according to claim 6 , wherein
the first cylinder is attached to a center part of the vehicle body in a vehicle width direction.

8 . The work vehicle according to claim 6 , wherein
the rear part of the vehicle body includes
a first attachment portion to which the second cylinder is attached; and
a first disposition portion disposed under the first attachment portion.

9 . The work vehicle according to claim 8 , wherein
a coolant reservoir tank is disposed at the first disposition portion.

10 . The work vehicle according to claim 8 , wherein
a starter switch of the work vehicle is disposed at the first disposition portion.

11 . The work vehicle according to claim 8 , wherein
a fuse and/or a breaker for an electrical system of the work vehicle is disposed at the first disposition portion.

12 . The work vehicle according to claim 8 , wherein
a monitor that displays information related to the work vehicle is disposed at the first disposition portion.

13 . The work vehicle according to claim 8 , wherein
the ripper device further includes a third cylinder, the second cylinder and the third cylinder being disposed symmetrically with respect to the first cylinder in the plan view of the work vehicle, and the rear part of the vehicle body further includes
a second attachment portion to which the third cylinder is attached; and
a second disposition portion disposed under the second attachment portion.
