Abstract
A slim type touch panel is provided. The slim type touch panel includes an upper substrate, a first sensor electrode layer disposed at a lower part of the upper substrate, an insulating film disposed at a lower part of the first sensor electrode layer, and a second sensor electrode layer disposed at a lower part of the insulating film, or includes a first sensor electrode cover sheet in which a sensor electrode layer is patterned, a first adhesive layer disposed at a lower part of the first sensor electrode cover sheet, and a film layer disposed at a lower part of the first adhesive layer and comprising a second sensor electrode layer.

1 . A mobile terminal comprising a slim type touch panel, the mobile terminal comprising:
a cover sheet in which a plurality of sensor electrode layers are patterned, the cover comprising:
an upper substrate;
a first sensor electrode layer disposed at a lower part of the upper substrate;
an insulating film disposed at a lower part of the first sensor electrode layer; and
a second sensor electrode layer disposed at a lower part of the insulating film;
an adhesive layer disposed at a lower part of the cover sheet; and a display panel disposed at a lower part of the adhesive layer.
2 . The mobile terminal of claim 1 , wherein the cover sheet further comprises at least one of:
an insulating layer disposed between the upper substrate and the first sensor electrode layer; and a transparent protective layer disposed at a lower part of the second sensor electrode layer.
3 . The mobile terminal of claim 1 , further comprising:
a dummy pattern for penetrating sensor electrode lines comprised in at least one of the first sensor electrode layer and the second sensor electrode layer and having a plurality of holes shaped as at least one of a polygon matrix, an oval matrix, or a stripe.
4 . The mobile terminal of claim 1 , further comprising:
a dummy pattern layer formed with a same material as that of the first sensor electrode layer in an upper substrate area in which the first sensor electrode layer is not formed and shaped as at least one of a polygon matrix, an oval matrix, or a stripe; and signal lines connected to the dummy pattern layer to output an antenna signal.
5 . The mobile terminal of claim 1 , wherein the adhesive layer comprises a double-sided tape.
6 . The mobile terminal of claim 1 , wherein the adhesive layer comprises at least one of an optically clear adhesive or a super view resin.
7 . The mobile terminal of claim 1 , wherein the display panel comprises at least one of a thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) panel or an organic light emitting diode.
8 . The mobile terminal of claim 7 , wherein the TFT-LCD panel comprises a plane line switching type LCD.
9 . The mobile terminal of claim 1 , wherein the display panel comprises a color filter layer.
10 . A slim type touch panel comprising:
an upper substrate; a first sensor electrode layer disposed at a lower part of the upper substrate; an insulating film disposed at a lower part of the first sensor electrode layer; and a second sensor electrode layer disposed at a lower part of the insulating film.
11 . The slim type touch panel of claim 10 , further comprising at least one of:
an adhesive layer integrally formed with the second sensor electrode layer in a lower part of the second sensor electrode layer; an insulating layer disposed between the upper substrate and the first sensor electrode layer; and a transparent protective layer disposed at a lower part of the second sensor electrode layer.
12 . The slim type touch panel of claim 10 , further comprising:
a dummy pattern for penetrating sensor electrode lines comprised in at least one of the first sensor electrode layer and the second sensor electrode layer and having a plurality of holes shaped as at least one of a polygon matrix, an oval matrix, or a stripe.
13 . The slim type touch panel of claim 10 , further comprising:
a dummy pattern layer formed with a same material as that of the first sensor electrode layer in an upper substrate area in which the sensor electrode layer is not formed and shaped as at least one of a polygon matrix, an oval matrix, or a stripe; and signal lines connected to the dummy pattern layer to output an antenna signal.
14 . The slim type touch panel of claim 11 , wherein the adhesive layer comprises a double-sided tape.
15 . The slim type touch panel of claim 11 , wherein the adhesive layer comprises at least one of an optically clear adhesive or a super view resin.
16 . The slim type touch panel of claim 10 , wherein the insulating film comprises at least one of SiO 2 , TiO 2 , or polymethyl methacrylate.
17 . The slim type touch panel of claim 10 , wherein each of the first sensor electrode layer and the second sensor electrode layer comprises indium tin oxide.
