Mattos detachable jar

Abstract

This present invention is filled like any conventional jar. Contents enter in through the top of the jar till filled. The difference between this jar and a conventional jar is that when the product contained within this jar is used down to the halfway point, the top half of this jar is unscrewed from the bottom half of the jar. The empty top half is then disposed of, and it's lid is now placed on the remaining content filled bottom half of the jar.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A new jar design that allows sticky, thick substances, e. g., peanut butter, mayonnaise, jelly, some chemicals, to be removed more thoroughly from the jar. This is accomplished by the top half of the jar unscrewing and separating from the bottom half of the jar.
