Abstract

A smart phone comprises a control unit, RF module coupled to the control unit, at least one camera image sensor, a face marking module and a microphone. The at least one camera image sensor is used for detecting a face image of a subject under photo-taking by a user. The face marking module of the smart phone is used for marking a subject's face displayed on a screen of the smart phone and tracking the subject's face on the screen. The microphone is used for receiving a vocal signal analyzed by the control unit, thereby talking a photograph of the subject in response to a vocal control signal.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A smart phone, comprising:
 a control unit;   RF module coupled to said control unit;   at least one camera image sensor for detecting a face image of a subject under photo-taking by a user;   a face marking module of said smart phone for marking a subject's face displayed on a display of said smart phone and tracking said subject's face on said display; and   a microphone coupled to said control unit for receiving a vocal control signal, wherein said vocal control signal is analyzed by said control unit, thereby talking a photograph of said subject in response to said vocal control signal.   
     
     
         2 . The smart phone of  claim 1 , further comprising a wireless data transferring module coupled to said control unit. 
     
     
         3 . The smart phone of  claim 1 , wherein said at least one camera image sensor includes CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) or CCD (charge-couple device). 
     
     
         4 . The smart phone of  claim 1 , wherein said face image is analyzed by said control unit of said smart phone. 
     
     
         5 . The smart phone of  claim 1 , wherein said display includes fluorescent substances to remove a backlight module and reduce a thickness of said smart phone. 
     
     
         6 . The smart phone of  claim 1 , further comprising a memory coupled to said control unit. 
     
     
         7 . A smart phone, comprising:
 a control unit;   RF module coupled to said control unit;   at least one camera image sensor for detecting a face image of a subject under photo-taking by a user;   a microphone coupled to said control unit for receiving a vocal signal;   a face marking module of said smart phone for marking a subject's face displayed on a display of said smart phone and tracking said subject's face on said display; and   a voice recognition module coupled to said control unit to analyze a vocal control signal from said microphone, thereby talking a photograph of said subject in response to said vocal control signal.   
     
     
         8 . The smart phone of  claim 7 , further comprising an application coupled to said control unit. 
     
     
         9 . The smart phone of  claim 7 , further comprising a wireless data transferring module coupled to said control unit. 
     
     
         10 . The smart phone of  claim 7 , wherein said at least one camera image sensor includes CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) or CCD (charge-couple device). 
     
     
         11 . The smart phone of  claim 7 , wherein said face image is analyzed by said control unit of said smart phone. 
     
     
         12 . The smart phone of  claim 7 , wherein said display includes fluorescent substances to remove a backlight module and reduce a thickness of said smart phone. 
     
     
         13 . The smart phone of  claim 7 , further comprising a memory coupled to said control unit. 
     
     
         14 . A smart phone, comprising:
 a control unit;   RF module coupled to said control unit;   at least one camera image sensor to capture and detect a face image of a subject under photo-taking by a user in front of said at least one camera image sensor;   a microphone coupled to said control unit for receiving a vocal control signal, wherein said vocal control signal is analyzed by said control unit, thereby talking a first photograph of said subject in response to said vocal control signal; and   an eye clicking module coupled to said control unit for recognizing an eye clicking signal, wherein said eye clicking signal is analyzed by said control unit, thereby talking a second photograph of said subject in response to said eye clicking signal.   
     
     
         15 . The smart phone of  claim 14 , further comprising a wireless data transferring module coupled to said control unit. 
     
     
         16 . The smart phone of  claim 14 , wherein said at least one camera image sensor includes CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) or CCD (charge-couple device). 
     
     
         17 . The smart phone of  claim 14 , wherein said face image is analyzed by said control unit of said smart phone. 
     
     
         18 . The smart phone of  claim 14 , further comprising a display includes fluorescent substances to remove a backlight module and reduce a thickness of said smart phone. 
     
     
         19 . The smart phone of  claim 14 , further comprising a memory coupled to said control unit. 
     
     
         20 . The smart phone of  claim 14 , further comprising an application coupled to said control unit.
