Abstract

The invention discloses a push bottle cap, comprising an outer push cap, an inner ejecting cap, a striker and a waterproof cap. The inner ejecting cap is tightly connected to the upper portion of the waterproof cover, forming a hollow chamber; the top of the inner ejecting cap is tightly attached to the upper inner wall of the outer push cap; the upper portion of the inner ejecting cap is provided with a telescoping device; the waterproof cover comprises a waterproof layer, the outer wall of the waterproof cap and the outer push cap are locked together through a fastener, and the waterproof cap is in screwed connection with a bottle in a threaded manner; the striker is inserted into the upper portion of the inner ejecting cap and located in the hollow chamber, the telescoping device surrounds the striker, and the tip of the striker points to but has no contact with the waterproof layer. The shelf life problem of effervescent tablets or other powders is solved, the whole bottle cap structure may be opened smoothly through the outer push cap, and the different needs of people for drinks and purified water can be met.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A push cap, which comprises: an external propulsion cover, a striker, an impermeable cover, a cap for engagement with the impervious cover, an inside of the cap and the impermeable cover forming an inner chamber, an effervescent member disposed within the chamber, the striker and impermeable cover being located in external propulsion cover, said cap having a top roof and a connecting structure that is connected to the impermeable cover to form the chamber which is a hollow chamber inside the top of the cover close to the top of the inner wall of the external propulsion cover, the upper portion of the interior of the top cover having a telescopic device, wherein when the external propulsion cover is activated this causes the interior roof to move downwardly engaging and thrusting the striker to pierce the impermeable layer.

2 . The push cap according to claim 1 wherein the impermeable cover comprises a layer of pre-split impermeable layer, and a drain cover of the outer wall of the external propulsion cover is engaged between the cover, and impermeable cover by a threaded bottle with a screwed connection.

3 . The push cap according to claim 2 wherein the striker is inserted peripheral connected to the internal roof to cover the upper part within the hollow chamber and is located in the interior, the telescopic device is surrounded by the striker, and the striker has a tip portion that is pointed but does not contact the watertight layer.

4 . The push-type cap according to claim 3 wherein the interior of the cap comprises a lid, a plug portion and the telescopic device.

5 . The push-type cap according to claim 4 wherein the cap has a socket and the telescopic device is connected to the socket, and an end of the striker engages with the socket.

6 . The push-type cap according to claim 5 wherein the cap has a concave structure and the impervious cover has a convex structure with the concave and convex structures configured to engage.

7 . The push-type cap according to claim 6 wherein the striker includes a rectangular-shaped arrow structure having a one-piece needle shank and a tip portion.

8 . The push-type cap according to claim 7 wherein the tip portion of the needle shank is disposed over the impermeable layer of the impermeable cover.

9 . The push bottle cap according to claim 8 wherein said external propulsion cover has an outer cover portion and an inner cover portion, said outer cover portion interconnecting with the inner cover portion, the outer cover portion having the height that is greater than the height of the inner cover portion.

10 . The push-type cap according to claim 9 wherein a lower end of the inner cover portion is provided with at least one claw clamp.

11 . The push-type cap according to claim 10 wherein there is a plurality of claw-type clamps.

12 . The push-type cap according to claim 11 wherein the impermeable cover has spaced apart engagement ledges for selective engagement with the claw clamps.

13 . The push-type cap according to claim 12 wherein the propulsion cover is configured to move relative to the impervious cover so as to enable engagement selectively of the claw clamps with one of the spaced apart engagement ledges.

14 . The push-type cap according to claim 13 including reinforcing ribs disposed between the inner and outer cover portions.

15 . The push-type cap according to claim 14 wherein the respective ledges are on a vertical projection of the impervious cover, and the ledges include respective first card includes a card position and a second seat or card.

16 . The push-type cap according to claim 15 wherein the respective cards engage by means of a press down or tapping of the cards to a second position whereby the claw clamps engage the second seat or card and cannot rebound.

17 . The push-type bottle cap according to claim 16 wherein the vertical projection has a taper 59 disposed between the respective ledges so as to enable the claw clamp to transition from an upper ledge to a lower ledge.
