Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system, comprising:
a front panel; a first angled panel connected to the front panel; a second angled panel opposing the first angled panel and connected to the front panel; a top panel connected to the front panel, the first angled panel and the second angled panel, extending beyond the first angled panel and the second angled panel.

2 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system as in claim 1 , wherein the first angled panel includes a first notch to mate with a lip of the pool edge.

3 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system as in claim 2 , wherein the second angled panel includes a second notch to mate with the lip of the pool edge.

4 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system as in claim 1 , wherein the pool protection device is formed from transparent material.

5 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system as in claim 1 , wherein the top panel extends to a deck of the pool.

6 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system as in claim 1 , wherein the pool protection device is formed from nontransparent material.

7 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system as in claim 1 , where in the angled panel is angled at an obtuse angle with respect to the front panel.

8 ) A pool protection device for preventing leaves and large debris from entering a pool filtration system as in claim 1 , wherein the angled panel is angled at an acute angle with respect to the front panel.
