Cap unit for a beverage container
Abstract
A cap unit is provided which provides improved convenience. The cap unit is attached in a detachable manner to a neck portion of a container main body, an upper portion of which is open. The cap unit includes a cap main body that blocks an upper opening of the container main body and in which a liquid flow spout is provided in an upper portion, and a lid that opens and closes the liquid flow spout in a state of being attached to the cap main body in a rotating manner using a hinge portion, in which a maintaining member maintains an open state of the lid at a position at which the lid opens the liquid flow spout is provided in the hinge portion.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A cap unit which is attached in a detachable manner to a neck portion of a container main body, an upper portion of which is open, the cap unit comprising:
a cap main body that blocks an upper opening of the container main body and in which a liquid flow spout is provided in an upper portion; a lid that opens and closes the liquid flow spout in a state of being attached to the cap main body in a rotating manner using a hinge portion; and, wherein a maintaining member, which maintains an open state of the lid at a position at which the lid opens the liquid flow spout, is provided in the hinge portion.
2 . The cap unit according to claim 1 ,
wherein the maintaining member includes a locking protruding portion made of an elastic member and projecting outward from an opening portion provided in the hinge portion; and, wherein the locking protruding portion locks with an end portion on a base end side of the lid at a position at which the lid opens the liquid flow spout.
3 . The cap unit according to claim 2 ,
wherein the maintaining member includes an abutting surface portion that faces outward from an opening portion provided in the cap main body, and wherein the abutting surface portion abuts against the end portion on the base end side of the lid in a state in which the locking protruding portion is locked with the end portion on the base end side of the lid.
4 . The cap unit according to claim 1 ,
wherein a first biasing member, which biases the lid toward a rotating direction, and a second biasing member, which biases the lid toward a rotating shaft direction, are provided in the hinge portion, and wherein the maintaining member is disposed between the first biasing member and the second biasing member.
5 . The cap unit according to claim 1 ,
wherein the hinge portion includes a first hinge bearing portion, which is provided on one of the cap main body and the lid, a second hinge bearing portion and a third hinge bearing portion, which are provided on the other of the cap main body and the lid, and a hinge shaft attached in a state of passing through the first, second, and third hinge bearing portions in a state in which the first hinge bearing portion is positioned between the second hinge bearing portion and the third hinge bearing portion, wherein the first biasing member is disposed on an inner side of the first hinge bearing portion that faces the second hinge bearing portion, and wherein the second biasing member is disposed on an inner side of the first hinge bearing portion that faces the third hinge bearing portion.
6 . The cap unit according to claim 4 ,
wherein the first biasing member is a torsion spring.
7 . The cap unit according to claim 4 ,
wherein the second biasing member is a coil spring.
8 . The cap unit according to claim 1 ,
wherein the hinge portion includes a click mechanism that provides a click feeling at a position at which the lid opens the liquid flow spout, and maintains an open state of the lid.
9 . The cap unit according to claim 8 ,
wherein the click mechanism includes a sliding member, which is disposed on the inner side of the first hinge bearing portion so as to be capable of sliding in a state of being biased by the second biasing member, an engagement concave portion, which is provided on one surface among surfaces at which the sliding member and the third hinge bearing portion face one another, and an engagement convex portion, which is provided on another surface among surfaces at which the sliding member and the third hinge bearing portion face one another, and provides a click feeling and maintains an open state of the lid as a result of the engagement convex portion engaging with the engagement concave portion at a position at which the lid opens the liquid flow port.
10 . The cap unit according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a lid-locking mechanism that fixes the lid to the cap main body as a result of resisting biasing of the first biasing member at a position at which the lid blocks the liquid flow port.
11 . A beverage container, comprising:
the unit according to claim 1 ; and a container main body to which the cap unit is attached.
12 . A cap unit which is attached in a detachable manner to a neck portion of a container main body, an upper portion of which is open, the cap unit comprising:
a cap main body that blocks an upper opening of the container main body and in which a liquid flow spout is provided in an upper portion; a lid that opens and closes the liquid flow spout in a state of being attached to the cap main body in a rotating manner using a hinge portion; a locking protruding portion of an elastic member projects outward from an opening portion provided in the hinge portion; and, the locking protruding portion locks with an end portion on a base end side of the lid at a position at which the lid opens the liquid flow spout to maintain an open state of the lid at a position at which the lid opens the liquid flow spout.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
