Abstract

A dust collector, including a casing, a dust collection system arranged in the casing, an impeller ( 100 ) and a permanent magnet type brushless direct current motor ( 200 ). The impeller ( 100 ) is arranged in the casing and located downstream of the dust collection system. The permanent magnet type brushless direct current motor ( 200 ) is connected to the impeller ( 100 ) and located at a side, far away from the dust collection system, of the impeller ( 100 ). The permanent magnet type brushless direct current motor ( 200 ) includes a stator ( 2 ), a rotor ( 3 ) and a block-shaped permanent magnet ( 4 ). The rotor ( 3 ) and the stator ( 2 ) are arranged coaxially, the rotor ( 3 ) can rotate relative to the stator ( 2 ), and the permanent magnet ( 4 ) is fixed to the rotor ( 3 ).
