Apparatus and Method for Automated Email and Password Creation and Curation Across Multiple Websites

Abstract

A machine has a network interface circuit for connection with a network. A processor is connected to the network interface circuit. A memory is connected to the processor. The memory stores instructions executed by the processor to maintain primary contact information for a user, content delivery preferences for the user, and resource access credentials for the user, where the resource access credentials include an automatically generated user name and password to automatically access a resource connected to the network. Transaction details from the resource connected to the network are received. The content delivery preferences are applied to the transaction details to form a transaction record for the user. The transaction record is supplied to the user utilizing the primary contact information.

1 . A machine, comprising:
 a network interface circuit for connection with a network;   a processor connected to the network interface circuit; and   a memory connected to the processor, the memory storing instructions executed by the processor to:
 maintain primary contact information for a user, content delivery preferences for the user, and resource access credentials for the user, wherein the resource access credentials include an automatically generated user name and password to automatically access a resource connected to the network, 
 receive transaction details from the resource connected to the network, 
 apply the content delivery preferences to the transaction details to form a transaction record for the user, and 
 supply to the user the transaction record utilizing the primary contact information. 
   
     
     
         2 . The machine of  claim 1  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to find a signup page or settings page on the resource connected to the network. 
     
     
         3 . The machine of  claim 2  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to determine that an account for the user does not exist at the resource and in response thereto produce the automatically generated user name and password to automatically access the resource. 
     
     
         4 . The machine of  claim 2  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to determine that an account for the user does exist at the resource and in response thereto prompt the user to determine whether another account should be opened at the resource for the user. 
     
     
         5 . The machine of  claim 1  wherein the content delivery preferences specify a digest of communications for a specified time period. 
     
     
         6 . The machine of  claim 1  wherein the content delivery preferences specify communication forwarding on a communication by communication basis. 
     
     
         7 . The machine of  claim 1  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to form a plurality of containers, wherein each container stores communications from a single resource connected to the network. 
     
     
         8 . The machine of  claim 1  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to receive a user communication from the user and in response thereto forward the user communication to the resource connected to the network using the automatically generated user name and thereby masking the primary contact information for the user. 
     
     
         9 . The machine of  claim 1  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to manage files from the resource for the user. 
     
     
         10 . The machine of  claim 1  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to identify a transaction record including an expense incurred by the user. 
     
     
         11 . A machine, comprising:
 a processor; and   a memory connected to the processor, the memory storing instructions executed by the processor to:
 maintain primary contact information for a user, content delivery preferences for the user, and resource access credentials for the user, wherein the resource access credentials include an automatically generated user name and password to automatically access a resource, 
 receive transaction details from the resource, 
 apply the content delivery preferences to the transaction details to form a transaction record for the user, and 
 supply to the user the transaction record utilizing the primary contact information. 
   
     
     
         12 . The machine of  claim 11  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to find a signup page or settings page on the resource.

The machine of  claim 12  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to determine that an account for the user does not exist at the resource and in response thereto produce the automatically generated user name and password to automatically access the resource.

The machine of  claim 12  further comprising instructions executed by the processor to determine that an account for the user does exist at the resource and in response thereto prompt the user to determine whether another account should be opened at the resource for the user.
