Abstract

A cement including: an alkali silicate; an organic silicate; a compound selected from a group consisting of Pozzolanic compounds and synthetic Pozzolanic substitutes; a metal oxide; an activator.

1 . A process for making cement, containing a synthetic silicate in a binder, comprising a step of: dissolving the binder using at least one of a chelate, an organic acid, an alkali, an activator that is an amphoteric compound, an ammonium fluoride, and an amino acid derivative. 
     
     
         2 . The process recited in  claim 1  further comprising a step of: etching the silicate. 
     
     
         3 . The process recited in  claim 1  further comprising a step of: reducing particle size of the binder. 
     
     
         4 . The process as recited in  claim 1  further comprising a step of: adding a metallic oxide.
