. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the upper windshield portion comprises a color changing substance or compound.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the bottom windshield portion comprises less of a color changing substance than the top portion.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 3 , wherein the percentage of color changing substance in the bottom portion is 0%.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the means for changing color is a photochromic chemical that changes color in response to light.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 5 , wherein the photochromic chemical is included in a film applied to the windshield or buried in the windshield.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 5 , wherein the photochromic chemical is included integrally in the material of the windshield.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the means for changing color is an electrochromic chemical that changes color in response to an electrical signal.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the electrochromic chemical is included in a film applied to the windshield or buried in the windshield.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the electrochromic chemical is included integrally in the material of the windshield.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the windshield is comprised of a polymeric material.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the windshield is comprised of an acrylic material.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the upper fixed portion has an upper profile and the bottom portion has a bottom moveable profile, the profile of the upper windshield is different than the profile of the bottom portion.

. The golf cart, personal transport vehicle or low speed vehicle of claim 8 , wherein the electrochromic chemical comprises liquid crystal.

. A windshield assembly comprising:
a windshield wherein the windshield includes an upper windshield portion, a bottom windshield portion connected to the upper windshield portion, a rotatable device attaching the upper portion to the bottom portion; wherein the upper windshield portion is an upper fixed windshield portion and the bottom windshield portion is movable, wherein the windshield is attached to a support frame.
