Job processing apparatus for printing a report, control method for job processing apparatus, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium

Abstract

Job information being information concerning a processed job is managed together with an attribute that indicates whether the job information is printed or unprinted. Out of the managed pieces of job information of jobs, job information having an attribute indicating unprinted state is printed and the attribute of the printed job information is updated so as to indicate printed state. Out of the managed pieces of job information of jobs, when an instruction to print job information of a job corresponding to a logged-in user is received, the job information corresponding to the user is printed and the attribute of the printed job information is not updated.

         9 . A job processing apparatus comprising:
 a management unit configured to manage job history information of a processed job with an attribute that indicates whether the job history information is outputted or not outputted;   a first output unit configured to output the job history information which has the attribute that indicates that the job history information is not outputted;   a second output unit configured to output the job history information of a given user; and   a change unit configured to change, in a case where the first output unit outputs pieces of the job history information of jobs which has been processed by the job processing apparatus, attributes of the pieces of the job history information of the processed jobs to an outputted state,   wherein the change unit does not change, in a case where the second output unit outputs the job history information of the given user, attribute of the job history information of the given user to the outputted state.

The job processing apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein the first output unit outputs, in accordance with storing of a predetermined number of pieces of job history information each of which has the attribute that indicates that the job history information is not outputted, the job history information which has the attribute that indicates that the job history information is not outputted. 
     
     
         11 . The job processing apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein the second output unit outputs the job history information of only a login user. 
     
     
         12 . The job processing apparatus according to  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a receiving unit configured to receive an outputting instruction for outputting the job history information,   wherein the second output unit outputs the job history information of only the given user.   
     
     
         13 . The job processing apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein the first output unit is a first printing unit printing the job history information, and
 wherein the second output unit is a second printing unit printing the job history information.   
     
     
         14 . The job processing apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein the job processing apparatus is a multi-function peripheral including a printing unit. 
     
     
         15 . A control method for a job processing apparatus, comprising:
 managing job history information of a processed job with an attribute that indicates whether the job history information is outputted or not outputted;   outputting the job history information which has the attribute that indicates that the job history information is not outputted;   outputting the job history information of a given user; and   changing, in a case where pieces of the job history information of jobs which has been processed by the job processing apparatus is outputted, attributes of the pieces of the job history information of the processed jobs to an outputted state,   wherein, in a case where the job history information of the given user is outputted, attribute of the job history information of the given user to the outputted state is not changed.   
     
     
         16 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for causing a computer to execute a control method for a job processing apparatus, the method comprising:
 managing job history information of a processed job with an attribute that indicates whether the job history information is outputted or not outputted;   outputting the job history information which has the attribute that indicates that the job history information is not outputted;   outputting the job history information of a given user; and   changing, in a case where pieces of the job history information of jobs which has been processed by the job processing apparatus is outputted, attributes of the pieces of the job history information of the processed jobs to an outputted state,   
       wherein, in a case where the job history information of the given user is outputted, attribute of the job history information of the given user to the outputted state is not changed.
