Ultra mobile communicating computer

Abstract

An Ultra Mobile Communicating Computer, that can have all of the features and capabilities of a smart phone and pocket computer combined and more, plus many other features such as hands free carrying, one-hand and desk free, walk & type, ready to use operation, a fast, multi finger, one or two hand keyboard with full set of large, soft touch keys, large bi-directional screen, photo cell pads and others, and that can be made disintegrable, reconfigurable, custom made, in particular to be a talking machine for speech challenged, an ear for deaf, a crime prevention device, computer remote control, translator, musical instrument and multi party game gadget, in addition to a thin earpiece, an ear borne music player, video player, radio and or TV.

         2 . A vest for a handheld electronic device such as a cellphone, which vest is worn over at least part of the device body, with openings to expose any a desired device component such as a screen, said vest is bridged to a rigid planar pad via a flexible material acting as a hinge, enabling the pad and vest to fold onto and away from each other, whereby said pad can be suspended and attached to many garments to hold the vest, hence the device, suspended from a users body and pivoted to a preferred working position, which garments can be belt, pant, pocket, wristband, neckless, headband, safety pin attached to garment, etc., said flexible material bridge and pad to be referred to as tail suspension pad respectively. 
     
     
         3 .  Claim 2  where said vest is elastomer stretchable material, whereby it fits many devices. 
     
     
         4 .  Claim 2  where said tail has a pocket with an opening mouth to receive part of said pad, which pocket is sized and shaped to tightly hold inserted part of the pad, whereby the pad can be detached. 
     
     
         5 .  Claim 4  where said tail is elastomer and stretchable, whereby better hold for the pad and other advantages are resulted.

Claim 5  where said pocket has at least one side opening other than said mouth, said pad has at least one curved earlike extension of its plane, each ear enters the pocket then extrudes out of a side opening, whereby better grip for the pad inside the tail pocket is achieved.

Claim 2  where said tail has at least one hole through its thickness, through each hole at least one tool can be inserted to suspend the vest, hence the device, to the user, said tools are selected from a set having at least, a safety pin which is also inserted thorough a users garment, a hook attached to a loop, through which loop a belt can be run, a hook attached to another hook, the latter hooks to a belt loop or string on garment, a hook attached to a curved pin to insert into garment, a hook attached to a necklace, and a tack.

Claim 7  where said safety pin is a needle with its dull end inside a rubber base, which base is connected via a stretchable material to a cap to receive and cover the sharp tip of the needle, whereby the needle can be inserted across a garment, prevented from over insertion by the base, said tip resurfaced and capped by said cap, enough of needle's length remains out of the garment, whereby said pad can be inserted between said needle and garment.

Claim 2  having another pad, referred to as support pad, anchored to the vest away from where the suspension pad is anchored, such that when both pads are pivoted around said anchors and folded onto the same external surface of the vest, one pad's surface covers at least part of the others, said support pad has a loop band made of flexible material substantially close to its unanchored edge opposite to its anchored edge, into which loop the suspension pad's unanchored edge opposite to its anchor can be inserted and held by said band, such that when said unanchored edges meet via said loop, without one pad covering the other, the two pads form an angle, stabilized by said loop attached to one and holding the other pad, whereby when the vest is suspended from user's body, the suspension pad's surface rests on said body and the support pad raises the vest and the device within at an operating angle against the body.
