2 . The portable toilet seat according to claim 1 , wherein each of said seat members are sealed together in an event of folding of said foldable base.

3 . The portable toilet seat according to claim 2 , further comprising a sticker positioned on a surface of each of said seat members, to enable sealing of said seat members together.

4 . The portable toilet seat according to claim 3 , wherein said sealing of said members together effectuates sealing of said receptacle.

5 . The portable toilet seat according to claim 1 , wherein said receptacle is one of: a plastic bag, a waterproof cloth bag, or a stiff paper bag, and wherein said foldable base is made of a cardboard or a stiff paper.

         6 . A portable cabana, comprising:
an extendable hollow cylindrical body configured to be extended up to a predetermined height during operation, wherein an opening is provided at an operative top position and at an operative bottom position of said body to allow accommodation for a user within said body, and wherein said body is foldable into a predefined shape in an event said user is not accommodating within said body.

7 . The portable cabana according to claim 6 , further comprising a structure disposed above said opening at said operative top position of said body to provide cover to said user accommodating within said body.

8 . The portable cabana according to claim 6 , wherein said body is made of a flexible metal wire configured to enable folding of said body into said pre-defined shape.

9 . The portable cabana according to claim 6 , wherein said pre-defined shape is one of a circular form or an eight formation.

         10 . A portable toilet, comprising:
a portable toilet seat, wherein said portable toilet comprises:
a foldable base configured in a shape of conventional toilet seat, said foldable base comprising seat members defining an open center for excretion of waste therethrough; and
a receptacle removably connected to said seat members for covering operative back position of said open center, said receptacle configured to receive said waste excreted through said open center; and
a portable cabana, wherein said portable cabana comprises:
an extendable hollow cylindrical body configured to be extended up to a predetermined height during operation,
wherein an opening is provided at an operative top position and at an operative bottom position of said body to allow accommodation of said portable toilet seat within said body.

11 . The portable toilet according to claim 10 , wherein each of said seat members comprises a first end and a second end with a plurality of perforations provided at said first end and said second end, and wherein said seat members are connected with each other through said plurality of perforations to enable folding of said foldable base.

12 . The portable toilet according to claim 11 , wherein each of said seat members are sealed together in an event said folding of said foldable base is performed.

13 . The portable toilet according to claim 12 , further comprising a glue panel positioned on a surface of each of said seat members, to enable sealing of said seat members together.
