Abstract
An image processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes an interface that receives images photographed at predetermined time intervals. A display displays images. A processor connects a plurality of images received at the interface to generate a composite image, and determines whether or not a non-connected image portion exists from the generated composite image. When the processor determines that a non-connected image portion exists, the processor displays on the display that an omitted image exists.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An image processing apparatus, comprising:
an interface that receives images photographed at predetermined time intervals; a display that displays images; and a processor that connects a plurality of images received at the interface to generate a composite image, determines whether or not a non-connected image portion exists from the generated composite image, and when determining that a non-connected image portion exists, displays on the display that an omitted image exists.
2 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor performs the determining after combining all of the plurality of images received at the interface with a composite image.
3 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the processor
extracts an edge loop of the composite image, when two or more edge loops exist, determines that an omitted image exists, and displays on the display an image determined as an omitted image.
4 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the processor
sets a rectangle that circumscribes the composite image, when determining that a non-connected image portion other than a portion in contact with the rectangle exists, determines that an omitted image exists, and displays on the display the non-connected image portion as an image that is determined as an omitted image.
5 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the rectangle is a minimum rectangle that circumscribes the composite image.
6 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the processor
sets an imaging object region on the composite image, when determining that a non-connected region exists within the imaging object region, determines that an omitted image exists, and displays on the display an image determined as an omitted image.
7 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein
the imaging object region is a rectangular region, and the processor sets as the imagining object region a region that has a position at which an identification code is extracted from the composite image set as a corner.
8 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the identification code is a two-dimensional barcode.
9 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 6 , further comprising a distance sensor that measures a distance from a photographed image, wherein the processor sets the imaging object region based on an output from the distance sensor.
10 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor
extracts an edge loop of the composite image, when two or more edge loops exist, determines that an omitted image exists, and displays on the display an image determined as an omitted image.
11 . The image processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a camera that photographs an image, wherein the camera sends a photographed image to the interface
12 . A composite image checking method, comprising:
receiving images photographed at predetermined time intervals through a receiving interface; connecting a plurality of the received images to generate a composite image; determining whether or not a non-connected image portion exists from the generated composite image; and when determining that a non-connected image portion exists, displaying on a display that an omitted image exists.
13 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein a processor at a mobile terminal generates the composite image and determines whether or not a non-connected image portion exists.
14 . The method according to claim 13 , wherein the determining is performed after combining all of the plurality of images received at the interface with a composite image.
15 . The method according to claim 13 , further comprising:
extracting an edge loop of the composite image; when two or more edge loops exist, determining that an omitted image exists; and displaying on the display an image determined as an omitted image.
16 . The method according to claim 13 , further comprising:
setting a rectangle that circumscribes the composite image, when determining that a non-connected image portion other than a portion in contact with the rectangle exists, determining that an omitted image exists, and displaying on the display the non-connected image portion as an image that is determined as an omitted image.
17 . The method according to claim 13 , further comprising:
setting an imaging object region on the composite image, when determining that a non-connected region exists within the imaging object region, determining that an omitted image exists, and displaying on the display an image determined as the omitted image.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
