Abstract
A floating bobber system for fishing which generates aquatic sounds that includes a floating bobber body having a water-tight hollow body interior and configured to at least partially float when arranged within a body of water. The system further includes an electronic circuit arranged within the body interior of the floating bobber body, the electronic circuit including a controller having reversibly programmable memory capable of replacaebly storing one or more aquatic sounds thereon, the controller being operationally coupled to a speaker for emitting the one or more aquatic sounds, a power source for providing power to the controller, and activation electronics for activating emission of the aquatic sounds from the speaker. The floating bobber body is configured to be coupled to a fishing line, and further configured to be coupled to a fishing bait.

1 . A floating bobber system for fishing which generates aquatic sounds, comprising:
a floating bobber body having a water-tight hollow body interior and configured to at least partially float when arranged within a body of water;
an electronic circuit arranged within said body interior of said floating bobber body, said electronic circuit comprising:
a controller having reversibly programmable memory capable of replaceably storing one or more aquatic sounds thereon, said controller being operationally coupled to:
a speaker for emitting said one or more aquatic sounds;
a power source for providing power to said controller;
activation means for activating emission of said aquatic sounds from said speaker; and
wherein said floating bobber body is configured to be coupled to a fishing line, and further configured to be coupled to a fishing bait.
2 . The floating bobber system of claim 1 , where said activation means comprises a plurality of electrodes which become electrically coupled when said floating bobber is arranged within said body of water.
3 . The floating bobber system of claim 1 , further comprising control means for changing which of said one or more sounds is generated by said speaker, said control means being operationally coupled to said controller.
4 . The floating bobber system of claim 3 , wherein said control means comprises an electrode, and whereby activation of said electrode thereby changes which of said one or more sounds is generated by said speaker.
5 . The floating bobber system of claim 1 , wherein said controller is further operationally coupled to communication means for communicating with an external device.
6 . The floating bobber system of claim 5 , wherein said communication means is employed to download said one or more sounds to said memory.
7 . The floating bobber system of claim 6 , wherein said communication means is communicably coupled to a mobile device having an application running thereon which controls said download of said one or more sounds stored on said memory of said controller.
8 . The floating bobber system of claim 1 , wherein said controller is further operationally coupled to non-aqueous ambient condition monitoring means.
9 . The floating bobber system of claim 1 , wherein said controller is further operationally coupled to aqueous ambient condition monitoring means.
10 . The floating bobber system of claim 1 , wherein said fishing bait is a fishing lure having sound emitting means arranged therein for generating sounds which resemble the prey of a fish.
