Packaging Bag and Method of Manufacturing the Same

Abstract

Provided are a packaging bag in which the breakage of a handle or irritation to a user's hand due to a load of the packaging bag when the user moves while gripping the handle in a state in which heavy contents such as grain or the like fills the packaging bag can be minimized by forming a sealed handle at the packaging bag, and a method of manufacturing the same. The packaging bag includes a packaging sheet constituted by a first sheet, and second sheets extending from both sides of the first sheet to be folded in a rear-surface direction of the first sheet so that both ends overlap to be sealed; an upper sealing section sealed so that inner surfaces of the reinforcement film and the packaging sheet adhere to seal an upper section; and a handle section positioned at the upper sealing section and punched to be gripped.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A packaging bag comprising:
 a packaging sheet constituted by a first sheet, and second sheets configured to extend from both sides of the first sheet to be folded in a rear-surface direction of the first sheet so that both ends are configured to be sealed;   an upper sealing section disposed at an upper portion of the packaging bag, wherein the upper sealing section is sealed so that inner surfaces of the packaging sheet adhere to seal the upper portion of the packaging bag; and   a handle section disposed at an upper portion of the packaging bag and positioned within the upper sealing section; and wherein the handle section is punched to form a handle rim and configured to be gripped, the handle section including a folding section disposed around the handle rim;   the folding section comprising an interval from the handle rim to the upper sealing section, wherein the first sheet is detached and wherein the second sheet is also detached within the folding section, wherein the first sheet disposed within the folding section is configured to fold and the second sheet disposed within the folding section is also configured to fold when the rim of the handle is gripped;   wherein the folding section corresponds in shape with the handle rim and extends around the handle rim providing an interval between the handle rim and the upper sealing section, where the first sheet is detached from the second sheet;   wherein the upper sealing section extends to the folding section and wherein the unsealed portion of the upper sealing section corresponds in shape with the handle rim; and   wherein the unsealed portion of the upper sealing section corresponds in both size and shape with an outer periphery of the folding section.   
     
     
         2 . The packaging bag according to  claim 1 , wherein the packaging sheet includes a rear sealing section sealed in a state in which a non-woven fabric is attached to both sides of the second sheets in contact with the first sheet. 
     
     
         3 . The packaging bag according to  claim 1 , wherein the folding section extends around the entire handle rim providing an interval between the entire handle rim and the upper sealing section where the first sheet is detached from the second sheet. 
     
     
         4 . The packaging bag according to  claim 1 , wherein the first sheet within the folding section folds away from the second sheet when the handle section is gripped. 
     
     
         5 . The packaging bag according to  claim 1 , wherein the second sheet within the folding section folds away from the first sheet when the handle section is gripped. 
     
     
         6 . The packaging bag according to  claim 1 , wherein the folding section is disposed between the handle rim and the upper edge of the packaging bag. 
     
     
         7 . A packaging bag comprising:
 a packaging sheet, including a first sheet and a second sheet;   the second sheet configured to be sealed with the first packaging sheet;   a sealing section disposed at one end of the packaging bag;   
       the sealing section having an outer periphery;
 a handle section disposed within the sealing section; 
 the handle section having a rim, the handle section having a grip portion adapted to be gripped and a remaining portion; 
 wherein the sealing section is sealed continuously from the outer periphery to within a certain interval from the rim of the grip portion of the handle section; wherein the first sheet and the second sheet remain separate within the certain interval; and 
 wherein the first sheet and the second sheet are configured to fold when the grip portion of the handle is gripped. 
 
     
     
         8 . The packaging bag of  claim 7 , wherein the sealing section is sealed continuously from the outer periphery to within a margin from the rim of the remaining portion of the handle section. 
     
     
         9 . The packaging bag of  claim 8 , wherein the certain interval and the margin are essentially equal. 
     
     
         10 . The packaging bag of  claim 8 , wherein the margin is essentially constant throughout the remaining portion. 
     
     
         11 . The packaging bag of  claim 8 , wherein the grip portion is disposed between the handle rim and the upper edge of the packaging bag. 
     
     
         12 . The packaging bag according to  claim 7 , wherein the first sheet within the grip portion folds away from the second sheet when the handle section is gripped. 
     
     
         13 . The packaging bag according to  claim 7 , wherein the second sheet within the grip portion folds away from the first sheet when the handle section is gripped. 
     
     
         14 . A packaging bag comprising:
 a first sheet and second sheets, wherein the second sheets are sealed to the first sheet in a rear sealing section, and are sealed to the first sheet in a sealing section to form an upper portion of the packaging bag;   the packaging bag further comprising a lower seal disposed on a lower portion of the packaging bag;   the packaging bag including a space that accommodates product disposed between the sealing section disposed on the upper portion of the packaging bag and the lower seal disposed on a lower portion of the packaging bag;   the sealing section extending from an exposed upper edge of the packaging bag to the space of the packaging bag, wherein the sealing section is substantially continuous across a width of the packaging bag, wherein the sealing section is sealed so that the first sheet is adhered to the second sheets within the sealing section to seal the packaging bag;   a handle section disposed within the sealing section;   wherein the handle is punched to form a handle rim having a grip section configured to be gripped and a remaining portion;   the handle rim including a certain interval in the grip section where the first sheet is detached and where the second sheet is also detached;   the certain interval defining a folding section wherein the first sheet disposed within the folding section is configured to fold, and the second sheets disposed within the folding section is also configured to fold when the rim of the handle is gripped in the grip section.   
     
     
         15 . The packaging bag of  claim 14 , wherein the sealing section is sealed continuously from the outer periphery to within a margin from the rim of the remaining portion of the handle section. 
     
     
         16 . The packaging bag of  claim 15 , wherein the certain interval and the margin are essentially equal. 
     
     
         17 . The packaging bag of  claim 15 , wherein the grip section is disposed between the handle rim and the upper edge of the packaging bag. 
     
     
         18 . The packaging bag of  claim 15 , wherein the margin is constant throughout the remaining portion. 
     
     
         19 . The packaging bag according to  claim 14 , wherein the first sheet within the folding portion folds away from the second sheet when the handle section is gripped. 
     
     
         20 . The packaging bag according to  claim 14 , wherein the second sheet within the folding portion folds away from the first sheet when the handle section is gripped.
