Training support system and training support method

Abstract

A training support system supports a user in performing physical training, wherein the physical training includes first training performed using a training machine and second training performed without using the training machine, the system consisting of a sensor attached on the user to obtain information of the user, a second-training information collecting unit for collecting from the sensor exercise information indicating an exercise volume of the second training, and a first-training menu notifying unit for preparing a menu of the first training reflecting the exercise information of the second training collected by the sensor and notifying the prepared menu of the first training to the user.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A training support system for supporting a user in performing physical training, wherein the physical training includes first training performed using a training machine and second training performed without using the training machine, the system comprising:
 a sensor which is attached on the user to obtain information of the user;   a second-training information collecting unit which collects from the sensor exercise information indicating an exercise volume of the second training; and   a first-training menu notifying unit which prepares a menu of the first training reflecting the exercise information of the second training collected by the sensor and notifies the prepared menu of the first training to the user.   
     
     
         2 . The training support system according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the second-training information collecting unit collects physical information indicating a physical condition of the user in addition to the exercise information of the second training; and   the first-training menu notifying unit prepares the menu of the first training reflecting the physical information of the user and the exercise information of the second training and notifies the prepared menu of the first training to the user.   
     
     
         3 . The training support system according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a first-training information collecting unit which collects first-training information concerning the first training; and   an alarm notifying unit which notifies the user of at least one of an alarm concerning an exercise volume, an alarm concerning a training cycle, and an alarm concerning a training state, based on the first-training information collected by the first-training information collecting unit.

A training support system for supporting a user in performing physical training, wherein the physical training includes first training performed in first environment which is maintained good for performing training, and second training performed in second environment which is maintained poor for performing training, the system comprising:
 a sensor which is attached on the user to obtain information of the user;   a second-training information collecting unit which collects from the sensor exercise information indicating an exercise volume of the second training; and   a first-training menu notifying unit which prepares a menu of the first training reflecting the exercise information of the second training collected by the sensor and notifies the prepared menu of the first training to the user.   
     
     
         5 . A training support system for supporting a user in performing physical training, wherein the physical training includes first training performed using a training machine and second training performed without using the training machine, and the training machine is provided with a sensor, the system comprising:
 a first-training information collecting unit which collects from the sensor of the training machine exercise information indicating an exercise volume of the first training; and   a second-training menu notifying unit which prepares a menu of the second training reflecting the exercise information of the first training collected by the first-training information collecting unit and notifies the prepared menu of the second training to the user.   
     
     
         6 . The training support system according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the first-training information collecting unit collects physical information indicating a physical condition of the user in addition to the exercise information of the first training; and   the second-training menu notifying unit prepares a menu of the first training reflecting the physical condition of the user and the exercise information of the first training and notifies the prepared menu of the first training to the user.   
     
     
         7 . The training support system according to  claim 5 , further comprising:
 a second-training information collecting unit which collects second-training information concerning the second training; and   an alarm notifying unit which notifies the user of at least one of an alarm concerning an exercise volume, an alarm concerning a training cycle, and an alarm concerning a training state, based on the second-training information collected by the second-training information collecting unit.

A training support method for supporting a user in performing physical training, wherein the physical training includes first training performed using a training machine and second training performed without using the training machine, and the user has a sensor attached on him or her, the method comprising the steps of:
 a second-training information collecting step of collecting from the sensor exercise information indicating an exercise volume of the second training; and   a first-training menu notifying step of preparing a menu of the first training reflecting the exercise information of the second training collected by the sensor and notifying the prepared menu of the first training to the user.   
     
     
         9 . The training support method according to  claim 8 , wherein
 in the second-training information collecting step, physical information indicating a physical condition of the user is collected in addition to the exercise information of the second training; and   in the first-training menu notifying step, the menu of the first training reflecting the physical information of the user and the exercise information of the second training is prepared and the prepared menu of the first training is notified to the user.   
     
     
         10 . The training support method according to  claim 8 , further comprising:
 a first-training information collecting step of collecting first-training information concerning the first training; and   an alarm notifying step of notifying the user of at least one of an alarm concerning an exercise volume, an alarm concerning a training cycle, and an alarm concerning a training state, based on the first-training information.   
     
     
         11 . A training support method for supporting a user in performing physical training, wherein the physical training includes first training performed using a training machine and second training performed without using the training machine, and the training machine is provided with a sensor, the method comprising steps of:
 a first-training information collecting step of collecting from the sensor of the training machine exercise information indicating an exercise volume of the first training; and   a second-training menu notifying step of preparing a menu of the second training reflecting the exercise information of the first training and notifying the prepared menu of the second training to the user.   
     
     
         12 . The training support method according to  claim 11 , wherein
 in the first-training information collecting step, physical information indicating a physical condition of the user is collected in addition to the exercise information of the first training; and   in the second-training menu notifying step, a menu of the first training reflecting the physical condition of the user and the exercise information of the first training is prepared and the prepared menu of the first training is notified to the user.   
     
     
         13 . The training support method according to  claim 11 , further comprising:
 a second-training information collecting step of collecting second-training information concerning the second training; and   an alarm notifying step of notifying the user of at least one of an alarm concerning an exercise volume, an alarm concerning a training cycle, and an alarm concerning a training state, based on the second-training information.
