Privacy curtain assembly with cleanable panels

         20 . A privacy curtain assembly consisting of:
 i) a main curtain portion including:
 a first side; 
 a second side oppositely disposed from the first side; 
 oppositely disposed first and second leading edges; 
 an attachment portion including an upper attachment portion and a lower attachment portion, the lower attachment portion connecting the upper attachment portion to the main curtain portion and being made of a flexible, mesh material, and the upper attachment portion including an attachment mechanism, each of the upper and lower attachment portions extending along an entire width of the privacy curtain assembly; 
   ii) a first cleanable, wipeable panel including:
 oppositely disposed first and second leading edges; 
 a first substantially linear crease line configured to be spaced apart from the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, the first crease line separating the first panel into a first portion and an oppositely disposed second portion; 
 wherein the first panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by at least one first attachment mechanism such that the first and second leading edges of the first panel abut the first leading edge of the main curtain portion; 
   iii) a second cleanable, wipeable panel including:
 oppositely disposed first and second leading edges; 
 a second substantially linear crease line configured to be spaced apart from the second leading edge of the main curtain portion, the second crease line separating the second panel into a first portion and an oppositely disposed second portion; 
   wherein the second panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by at least one second attachment mechanism such that the first and second leading edges of the second panel abut the second leading edge of the main curtain portion;   wherein each of the first and second panels is made of a material that is at least one of anti-static, non-absorbent, anti-bacterial, self-deodorizing, flame-resistant, moisture-resistant, and fluid resistant,   wherein the first and second panels are configured to be cleaned and disinfected while permanently affixed to the main curtain portion and while the privacy curtain assembly is suspended above a floor.   
     
     
         21 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 20 , wherein the first panel is affixed to an entire length of the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, and the second panel is affixed to an entire length of the second leading edge of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         22 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 20 , wherein the first panel is affixed to at least a part of a length of the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, and the second panel is affixed to at least a part of a length of the second leading edge of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         23 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 20 , wherein the main curtain portion is substantially rectangular. 
     
     
         24 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 20 , wherein the attachment portion includes at least one suspending mechanism for suspending the privacy curtain assembly above the floor. 
     
     
         25 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 24 , wherein the upper attachment portion includes the at least one suspending mechanism. 
     
     
         26 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 25 , wherein the lower attachment portion is configured to allow at least one of air, light, and water from sprinklers into at least a portion of a room. 
     
     
         27 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 20 , wherein the first panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by using the at least one first attachment mechanism to connect the first and second leading edges of the first panel to the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, and wherein the second panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by using the at least one second attachment mechanism to connect the first and second leading edges of the second panel to the second leading edge of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         28 . The privacy curtain of  claim 27 , wherein only the connection between the first and second leading edges of the first panel and the first leading edge of the main curtain portion permanently affixes the first panel to the main curtain portion, and wherein only the connection between the first and second leading edges of the second panel and the second leading edge of the main curtain portion permanently affixes the second panel to the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         29 . The privacy curtain of  claim 20 , wherein the first and second portions of the first panel are free from contact with the first and second sides of the main curtain portion, and wherein the first and second portions of the second panel are free from contact with the first and second sides of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         30 . A privacy curtain assembly consisting of:
 i) a main curtain portion including:
 a first side; 
 a second side oppositely disposed from the first side; 
 oppositely disposed first and second leading edges; 
 an attachment portion including an upper attachment portion and a lower attachment portion, the lower attachment portion connecting the upper attachment portion to the main curtain portion and being made of a flexible, mesh material, and the upper attachment portion including an attachment mechanism, each of the upper and lower attachment portions extending along an entire width of the privacy curtain assembly; 
   ii) a first cleanable, wipeable panel including:
 oppositely disposed first and second leading edges; 
 a first substantially linear crease line configured to be spaced apart from the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, the first crease line separating the first panel into a first portion and an oppositely disposed second portion; 
 wherein the first panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by at least one first attachment mechanism such that the first and second portions of the first panel are free from contact with the first and second sides of the main curtain portion; 
   iii) a second cleanable, wipeable panel including:
 oppositely disposed first and second leading edges; 
 a second substantially linear crease line configured to be spaced apart from the second leading edge of the main curtain portion, the second crease line separating the second panel into a first portion and an oppositely disposed second portion; 
   wherein the second panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by at least one second attachment mechanism such that the first and second portions of the second panel are free from contact with the first and second sides of the main curtain portion;   wherein each of the first and second panels is made of a material that is at least one of anti-static, non-absorbent, anti-bacterial, self-deodorizing, flame-resistant, moisture-resistant, and fluid resistant,   wherein the first and second panels are configured to be cleaned and disinfected while permanently affixed to the main curtain portion and while the privacy curtain assembly is suspended above a floor.   
     
     
         31 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 30 , wherein the first panel is affixed to an entire length of the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, and the second panel is affixed to an entire length of the second leading edge of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         32 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 30 , wherein the first panel is affixed to at least a part of a length of the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, and the second panel is affixed to at least a part of a length of the second leading edge of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         33 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 30 , wherein the main curtain portion is substantially rectangular. 
     
     
         34 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 30 , wherein the attachment portion includes at least one suspending mechanism for suspending the privacy curtain assembly above the floor. 
     
     
         35 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 34 , wherein the upper attachment portion includes the at least one suspending mechanism. 
     
     
         36 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 35 , wherein the lower attachment portion is configured to allow at least one of air, light, and water from sprinklers into at least a portion of a room. 
     
     
         37 . The privacy curtain assembly of  claim 30 , wherein the first panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by using the at least one first attachment mechanism to connect the first and second leading edges of the first panel to the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, and wherein the second panel is permanently affixed to the main curtain portion by using the at least one second attachment mechanism to connect the first and second leading edges of the second panel to the second leading edge of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         38 . The privacy curtain of  claim 37 , wherein only the connection between the first and second leading edges of the first panel and the first leading edge of the main curtain portion permanently affixes the first panel to the main curtain portion, and wherein only the connection between the first and second leading edges of the second panel and the second leading edge of the main curtain portion permanently affixes the second panel to the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         39 . The privacy curtain of  claim 30 , wherein the first and second portions of the first panel abut the first leading edge of the main curtain portion, and wherein the first and second portions of the second panel abut the second leading edge of the main curtain portion. 
     
     
         40 . The privacy curtain of  claim 30 , wherein the first panel and the second panel are substantially rectangular.
