Colored coated metal sheet and exterior building material

Abstract

This colored coated metal sheet comprises a metal sheet and one or more coating films arranged on top of the metal sheet, and has a specular gloss at 60° of 60-100 and an L value of 70 or less in the Hunter Lab color system. The outermost coating film among the coating films is configured of a polyester, and contains particles that contain a coloring pigment. The particles have a D 90 of from 0.05 μm to 0.70 μm, and the content of the particles in the outermost coating film is from 10% by mass to 60% by mass.

1 . A colored coated metal sheet, comprising:
 a metal sheet, and one or more coating films disposed thereon, wherein the colored coated metal sheet has a mirror glossiness at 60 degree of 60 to 100 and an L value in the Hunter's Lab color space of 70 or lower, wherein:   an outermost-layer coating film among the coating films is constituted of a polyester, and comprises a particle containing a coloring pigment,   a D 90  of the particle is 0.05 to 0.70 μm, and
 a content of the particle in the outermost-layer coating film is 10 to 60 mass %. 
   
     
     
         2 . The colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the D 90  of the particle is 0.05 to 0.50 μm. 
     
     
         3 . The colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the D 90  of the particle is 0.05 to 0.40 μm. 
     
     
         4 . The colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein a D 10  of the particle is 0.01 or larger. 
     
     
         5 . The colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the coloring pigment is an inorganic pigment. 
     
     
         6 . The colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the particle comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of iron oxide particles, titanium oxide particles, composite oxide particles, barium sulfate particles and calcium carbonate particles. 
     
     
         7 . The colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a chemical conversion film layer disposed on a surface of the metal sheet.   
     
     
         8 . The colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 , used in an application to an exterior building material. 
     
     
         9 . An exterior building material, comprising: the colored coated metal sheet according to  claim 1 .
