Abstract
The present invention provides a novel sirtuin-1 activating agent, and a formulation for suppressing cell senescence caused by oxidative stress, comprising the agent. In particular, the invention provides a sirtuin-1 activating agent consisting of a plant body or solvent extract of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb., and a formulation for suppressing cell senescence due to oxidative stress, comprising the agent.

6 . The formulation according to claim 4 , wherein the plant body of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. is the leaves, stem or entire plant.
