Comb with a function of combing and straightening hair

Abstract

The existing disclosure discloses a comb with a function of combing and straightening hair. The comb has an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth. The upper cover is provided with a groove matching the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove; an upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat; the comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component; the upper cover is also provided with holes matching with insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes; the PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat, and is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet; a PCB board is arranged in the rear end of the lower cover. By combining a hair straightener and a straight hair comb into one product, the comb has a function of combing and straightening hair. It can achieve the effect of straightening and combing hair. It has strong practicability and is easy to use.

A comb with a function of combing and straightening hair, comprising an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth, wherein the upper cover is provided with a groove matching the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove; an upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, and a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat; the comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component; the upper cover is also provided with holes matching the insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes; the PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat, and the PTC heating element is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet; a mica sheet is provided between the PTC heating element and the metal fixing sheet, and an insulation foam cotton is provided between the metal fixing sheet and the lower cover; an insulation sleeve is provided inside of the lower cover; a PCB board is arranged in the rear end of the lower cover; a retainer ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover, and the retainer ring is provided with a key groove matching with a power key on the side thereof, and the power key is arranged in the key groove; a hole for connecting a power cable is provided on rear end of the upper cover, and a power cable is arranged in the hole for connecting a power cable by a power cable seat.

A comb with a function of combing hair and straightening hair, comprising an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth, wherein the upper cover is provided with a groove matching the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove; an upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, and a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat; the comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component; the upper cover is also provided with holes matching the insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes; the PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat, and the PTC heating element is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet; a mica sheet is provided between the PTC heating element and the metal fixing sheet; an insulation sleeve is provided inside of the lower cover; a PCB board is arranged in rear end of the lower cover; a retainer ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover; a decorative panel is provided in the lower end of the lower cover, the rear end of decorative panel is provided with a key groove matching with a power key, and the power key is arranged in the key groove; a hole for connecting a power cable is provided on the rear end of the upper cover, and a power cable is arranged in the hole for connecting a power cable by a power cable seat. 
     
     
         3 . The comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the comb teeth are provided with a number of teeth, and the comb teeth are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction. 
     
     
         4 . The comb according to  claim 1 , wherein a further insulation sleeve is provided at the back end of the comb seat. 
     
     
         5 . The comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the insulation foam cotton is also arranged at the power key. 
     
     
         6 . The comb according to  claim 1 , wherein a decorative panel is provided on an outer side of the lower cover. 
     
     
         7 . The comb according to  claim 1 , wherein a bead head is provided on upper end of each of the comb teeth. 
     
     
         8 . The comb according to  claim 1 , wherein the comb teeth is made of aluminum material. 
     
     
         9 . The comb according to  claim 2 , wherein the comb further comprises an NTC heating element which is arranged between the metal fixing sheet and the mica sheet. 
     
     
         10 . The comb according to  claim 2 , wherein the comb teeth are provided with a number of teeth, and the comb teeth are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction. 
     
     
         11 . The comb according to  claim 2 , wherein a bead head is provided on upper end of each of the comb teeth. 
     
     
         12 . The comb according to  claim 2 , wherein the comb teeth is made of aluminum material.
