Abstract
An animal feces disposal assembly includes a bag that may be placed over animal feces. A closure is coupled to the bag such that the closure may retain the animal feces in the bag. A pair of scrapers is provided and each of the scrapers may be manipulated to urge the animal feces into the bag when the bag is positioned over the animal feces.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An animal feces disposal assembly comprising:
a bag being configured to be placed over animal feces; a closure being coupled to said bag wherein said closure is configured to retain the animal feces in said bag; and a pair of scrapers, each of said scrapers being separate from said bag and configured to be manipulated to urge the animal feces into said bag while said bag is positioned over the animal feces, wherein each of said scrapers comprises a panel having a first surface, a second surface and a peripheral edge extending between said first surface and said second surface, said first surface being planar, said second surface being planar, said first surface being parallel to said second surface, said peripheral edge having an upper side and a lower side, said second surface being configured to have a hand of a user positioned thereon thereby facilitating said panel to be manipulated having said lower side urging the animal feces upwardly into said bag when said bag is positioned on the animal feces; and a pair of straps, each said strap having a first end and a second end, each said strap having a first end and a second end, each said strap being coupled to said first surface of an associated one of said scrapers, each said strap being positioned proximate said upper side of said associated scraper, each said strap wrapping around said panel of said associated scraper such that said strap extends along said second surface of said associated scraper wherein each said strap is configured to be wrapped around a respective one of the user's hands, each of said first end and said second end of each said strap being matable wherein each said strap is configured to retain said panel on the user's hand separate from said bag; wherein said bag has a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending upwardly from said bottom wall, said peripheral wall having an outer surface and a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall, said distal edge defining an opening into said bag wherein said opening is configured to be positioned to surround the animal feces; wherein said closure is positioned on said outer surface, said closure being substantially coextensive with said distal edge, said closure having a pair of ends wherein said ends are configured to be tied together thereby facilitating said closure to close said opening; a pair of first couplers, each said first coupler being coupled to an associated said strap, each said first coupler being positioned adjacent to said first end of said associated strap; and a pair of second couplers, each said second coupler being coupled to an associated said strap, each said second coupler being positioned adjacent to said second end of said associated strap, said first coupler and said second coupler being complementary on each strap wherein said first coupler and said second coupler on each strap are configured to retain said panel on the user's hand.

7 . An animal feces disposal assembly comprising:
a bag being configured to be placed over animal feces, said bag having a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending upwardly from said bottom wall, said peripheral wall having an outer surface and a distal edge with respect to said bottom wall, said distal edge defining an opening into said bag wherein said opening is configured to be positioned to surround the animal feces; a closure being coupled to said bag wherein said closure is configured to retain the animal feces in said bag, said closure being positioned on said outer surface, said closure being substantially coextensive with said distal edge, said closure having a pair of ends wherein said ends are configured to be tied together thereby facilitating said closure to close said opening; and a pair of scrapers, each of said scrapers being separate from said bag and configured to be manipulated to urge the animal feces in to said bag when said bag is positioned over the animal feces, each of said scrapers comprising: a panel having a first surface, a second surface and a peripheral edge extending between said first surface and said second surface, said first surface being planar, said second surface being planar, said first surface being parallel to said second surface, said peripheral edge having an upper side and a lower side, said second surface being configure to have a hand of a user positioned thereon thereby facilitating said panel to be manipulated having said lower side urging the animal feces upwardly into said bag when said bag is positioned on the animal feces, a strap having a first end and a second end, said strap being coupled to said first surface, said strap being positioned proximate said upper side, said strap wrapping around said panel such that said strap extends along said second surface wherein said strap is configured to be wrapped around the user's hand, each of said first end and said second end being matable wherein said strap is configured to retain said panel on the user's hand, a first coupler being coupled to said strap, said first coupler being positioned adjacent to said first end, and a second coupler being coupled to said strap, said second coupler being positioned adjacent to said second end, said first coupler and said second coupler being complementary wherein said first coupler and said second coupler are configured to retain said panel on the user's hand.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
