Claims

Abstract

A detachable automatic vacuum storage container comprises a box body and a vacuum control device, the box body being provided with a vacuumizing channel, and the vacuum control device being connected with the vacuumizing channel in a removable manner; one end of the vacuumizing channel is connected to the inner chamber of the box body, and the other end is provided with a sealing joint. The vacuum control device is provided with a suction nozzle, when the vacuum control device is connected to the vacuumizing channel, the suction nozzle is inserted and connected to the sealing joint in an airtight way; when the air pressure of the inner chamber of the box body is higher than the preset threshold, the vacuum control device can pump the air to maintain the inner chamber of box body in a vacuum state.

What is claims is: 
     
         1 . A detachable automatic vacuum storage container, comprising a box body and a vacuum control device, the box body is provided with a vacuumizing channel, wherein the vacuum control device is connected with the vacuumizing channel in a removable manner;
 one end of the vacuumizing channel is connected to the inner chamber of the box body, and the other end is provided with a sealing joint, the vacuum control device is provided with a suction nozzle, when the vacuum control device is connected to the vacuumizing channel, the suction nozzle is inserted and connected to the sealing joint in an airtight way, when the air pressure of the inner chamber of the box body is higher than the preset threshold, the vacuum control device can pump the air to maintain the inner chamber of box body in a vacuum state.   
     
     
         2 . The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 1 , wherein the sealing joint is made of elastic material, and the end of suction nozzle close to the sealing joint is provided with a tapered portion, and the tapered portion has an increasing diameter in the direction away from the sealing joint. 
     
     
         3 . The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 2 , wherein the suction nozzle is provided with a suction ring. 
     
     
         4 . The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 1 , wherein it further includes a press-type vacuum relief valve arranged on the box body, the vacuumizing channel runs through the press-type vacuum relief valve, and the sealing joint is arranged on the top of the press-type vacuum relief valve. 
     
     
         5 . The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 4 , wherein the vacuum control device further includes a relief valve control mechanism; when the vacuum control device is mounted on the box body, the press-type vacuum relief valve can be opened or closed by operating the relief valve control mechanism.

The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 1 , wherein the vacuumizing channel is provided with a first check valve, the vacuum control device is provided with a vacuum pump connected to the suction nozzle, a second check valve is provided between the suction nozzle and the vacuum pump, and a pressure detecting bypass is provided between the first check valve and the second check valve, the pressure detecting bypass is connected to the pressure detecting apparatus which can control the vacuum pump to stop pumping when the air pressure of the pressure detecting bypass is below the threshold. 
     
     
         7 . The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 6 , wherein the pressure detecting apparatus is a piston-type pressure detecting apparatus, comprising a piston tube connected to the exhausting tube and a piston arranged in the piston tube, the piston tube is provided with a circuit switch, and the circuit switch is connected to the circuit of the vacuum pump; when the air pressure in the exhausting tube is lower than the threshold, the piston moves to a position and the circuit switch disconnects the circuit of the vacuum pump.

The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 1 , wherein the vacuum control device further includes a switching mechanism, the box body is provided with a trigger mechanism corresponding to the switching mechanism, when the vacuum control device is mounted to the box body, the trigger mechanism triggers the switching mechanism, and the vacuum pump is activated only when the switching mechanism is triggered. 
     
     
         9 . The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 1 , wherein the box body comprises a box base and a box cover that can be mutually detachable and fixed by sealing, and a groove with the shape corresponding to the vacuum control device is arranged at the top of the box cover, and the groove is embedded at the bottom of the vacuum control device. 
     
     
         10 . The detachable automatic vacuum storage container according to  claim 9 , wherein a suspension-type seal is arranged at the connection between the box base and the box cover, the suspension-type seal comprises a seal body and a seal gasket, one end of the seal gasket is connected with the seal body and the other end is suspended; the seal body is fixed to the box cover under the use state, and the seal gasket is bonded to the sealing surface of the box base.
