Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

. A method of treating a proliferative disorder caused by human papilloma virus in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the formula

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the proliferative disorder is cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the proliferative disorder is anal intraepithelial neoplasia.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the proliferative disorder is vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the subject is a human.

. The method of claim 2 , wherein the subject is a human.

. The method of claim 3 , wherein the subject is a human.

. The method of claim 4 , wherein the subject is a human.

. The method of claim 1 , comprising topically administering the compound.

. The method of claim 2 , comprising topically administering the compound.

. The method of claim 3 , comprising topically administering the compound.

. The method of claim 4 , comprising topically administering the compound.

. A method of treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, anal intraepithelial neoplasia, or vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia in a human in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the human a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition which comprises (i) a compound of formula:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. The method of claim 13 for treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.

. The method of claim 13 for treating anal intraepithelial neoplasia.

. The method of claim 13 for treating vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia.

. The method of claim 13 , comprising topically administering the compound.

. The method of claim 14 , comprising topically administering the compound.

. The method of claim 15 , comprising topically administering the compound.

. The method of claim 16 , comprising topically administering the compound.
