Abstract

A nozzle received by a patient. The nozzle has at least two portions. A first portion that has an upper end and a lower end in which a central aperture extends between the upper and lower ends of the nozzle. The central aperture terminates at the opening of the lower end of the nozzle. A second portion that has two ends, the second end is rounded. There is at least one support arm joining the first and second body portions but holding the second body portion a set distance from the first body portion.

         12 . A nozzle adapted to be received by a patient, said nozzle comprising:
 a first body portion, having a first end and a second end, wherein a central aperture extends between the first end and second end and wherein the central aperture terminates in an opening at the second end;   a second body portion, having a first end and a rounded second end; and   at least one support arm that joins the second body portion to the first body portion and holds the second body portion at a set distance away from the first body portion.   
     
     
         13 . The nozzle of  claim 12 , wherein the first end of the second body portion defines a frustoconical shape. 
     
     
         14 . The nozzle of  claim 12 , wherein the first end of the second body portion defines a conical shape. 
     
     
         15 . The nozzle of  claim 14 , wherein the conical shape of the first end defines a rounded tip. 
     
     
         16 . The nozzle of  claim 12 , wherein the first end of the second body portion defines a rounded shape. 
     
     
         17 . The nozzle of  claim 16 , wherein the rounded first end and the rounded second end of the second body portion defines a substantially spheroidal shape. 
     
     
         18 . The nozzle of  claim 12 , wherein a cylinder is disposed between the first end and the rounded second end of the second body portion in such a way as to lengthen the second body portion. 
     
     
         19 . The nozzle of  claim 12 , wherein the first end of the second body portion features at least one wedge-shaped baffle. 
     
     
         20 . The nozzle of  claim 12 , wherein the first end of the second body portion is ribbed.
