Liquid Lipstick Container

Abstract

The present invention relates to a liquid lip stick container having a configuration in which, an ascending/descending guide member is rotated together when a user rotates a container body while holding a support, so that a pumping guide member is lifted up/lowered, thereby performing a pumping operation. Thus, the container can discharge liquid contents through a simple structure, and thus can improve usability when contents are applied through an upper applicator.

1 . A liquid lipstick container comprising:
 a container body storing liquid contents, and having a volume getting reduced according to a use of contents;   an ascending/descending guide member coupled to an upper portion of the container body and rotating together when the container body rotates, wherein a content inflow part with a first check valve installed is equipped at an inner center portion thereof so as to open/close a content inflow hole in which contents stored in the container body flows, and ascending/descending guide protrusions are equipped alternately above and below along a perimeter at an upper portion thereof;   a pumping guide member ascended/descended by a rotation of the ascending/descending guide member and inducing a pumping operation by changing an internal pressure of the content inflow part according to ascent/descent thereof;   a support body encasing the ascending/descending guide member and the pumping guide member and coupled at an upper portion of the container body, further forming a vertical guide groove which guides a vertical movement of the pumping guide member at an inner circumferential surface thereof; and   an applicator coupled at an upper portion of the support body and applying contents, further including a discharging hole where contents can be discharged.   
     
     
         2 . The liquid lipstick container of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the pumping guide member comprises:   a pumping guide protrusion moving along an upper side face of the ascending/descending guide protrusion by a rotation of the ascending/descending guide member, and inserted to the vertical guide groove, thereby ascending/descending;   a content suction tube ascending together as the pumping guide protrusion ascends, and thereby sucking contents stored in the container body by changing an internal pressure of the content inflow part; and   a valve installation part forming a space which stores contents moving to an upper portion through the content suction tube, wherein a second check valve is installed so as to open/close an upper end of the content suction tube.   
     
     
         3 . The liquid lipstick container of  claim 1 , wherein a protrusion is equipped at both sides of a bottom dead point of the ascending/descending guide protrusion for preventing a reverse rotation of the container body. 
     
     
         4 . The liquid lipstick container of  claim 2 ,
 wherein a sealing member, whose outer circumferential surface is closely contacted to the content inflow part and whose inner circumferential surface is closely contacted to the content suction tube, is coupled at the content inflow part, thereby sealing a space separated between the content inflow part and the content suction tube.   
     
     
         5 . The liquid lipstick container of  claim 2 ,
 wherein the content suction tube prevents a first check valve from opening by pressurizing the first check valve in a state that the pumping guide member is descended.   
     
     
         6 . The liquid lipstick container of  claim 2 ,
 wherein the pumping guide member is coupled at an upper portion thereof with a content moving part which connects the pumping guide member and an applicator such that contents flowing into the valve installation part move to the applicator.   
     
     
         7 . The liquid lipstick container of  claim 6 ,
 wherein the pumping guide member equips a spring at an upper portion thereof, which is coupled encasing a content moving part at an outer side of the content moving part and descends the pumping guide member by providing an elastic force in a downward direction in a process that the pumping guide protrusion moves from a top dead point of the ascending/descending guide protrusion to a bottom dead point.
