Claims
Abstract
This invention allows one mobility while having modular components connected to a portable computer. In general it is an apparatus that attaches to the back of a monitor, in order to store and use peripheral components conveniently. In the preferred embodiment, it is comprised of three main pieces, a pouch, two or more corner pieces and two or more hanging supports.

1 . An apparatus for computer peripheral storage comprising:
a. a pouch, b. a plurality of corner pieces, and c. a plurality of hanging support members having at least two ends, where one end of each hanging support mechanism is connected to one of the corner pieces while the end of hanging support mechanism which is not connected to the corner piece is connected to the pouch, wherein each corner piece is connected to at least one hanging support member.
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the hanging support is comprised of a tension mechanism, said tension mechanism is adjustable in length.
3 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the pouch is an apparatus comprising a back piece and a front piece connected along the periphery of the back piece to said back piece with at least one unsealed edge which delineates an access aperture which is operatively connected to an aperture closing means.
4 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the pouch has two unsealed edges which delineate the boundaries of an access aperture and a flap aperture, the back piece is joined with a flap region along the periphery of the flap aperture, the boundaries of said flap aperture are operatively connected to a flap closing mechanism, the boundaries of said access aperture are operatively connected to an aperture closing means.

The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the corner piece further comprises a back flap connected to a front flap at the periphery forming a side edge, a top edge, and a corner aperture, said corner aperture having enough volume to grasp an edge while not impeding a surface to which the corner piece is suspended from.
6 . The apparatus of claim 5 wherein the back piece and front piece are triangular.
7 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the corner piece further comprises a back flap and a front flap which is smaller than said back flap, the back flap being joined to the front flap along the edges of the front flap which delineates a side edge, a top edge and a corner aperture.

The apparatus of claim 3 wherein the corner piece further comprises a back flap which is attached to a front flap along the periphery of the front flap such connection forming a side edge, a top edge and a corner aperture, said corner aperture having enough volume to grip the corner of a surface while supporting the weight of the pouch and not impeding the surface to which the corner piece is suspended from.
9 . The apparatus of claim 4 wherein the corner piece further comprises a back flap joined to a front flap along the periphery of the front flap forming a side edge, a top edge and a corner aperture, said corner aperture having a width ranging from 0.25 inches to a maximum of two inches.
10 . The apparatus of claim 3 wherein the hanging support is attached to the back flap of the corner piece via a hanging support attachment region, said attachment region being positioned midline of the back flap near the transverse edge.
11 . The apparatus of claim 10 wherein near means that the outside edge of the hanging support attachment region is within ¼ of the overall width of the hanging support attachment region.
12 . An apparatus for computer peripheral storage comprising:
a. a pouch, b. a plurality of corner pieces, and c. a plurality of hanging support mechanisms wherein each hanging support mechanism has two ends, one end of each hanging support mechanism is joined to one of the corner pieces while the opposite end of the hanging support mechanism is joined to the pouch.
13 . The apparatus of claim 12 wherein the hanging support mechanism is joined to the pouch along the transverse edge.
14 . The apparatus of claim 12 wherein the pouch further comprises a back piece and a front piece joined along the edges of said back piece with at least one unsealed edge which outlines an access aperture, the boundaries of said access aperture are operatively connected to an aperture closing means.
15 . The apparatus of claim 14 wherein the corner piece comprises a back flap and a front flap which is smaller than said back flap, the back flap being joined to the front flap along the edges of the front flap which delineates a side edge, a top edge and a corner aperture.
16 . The apparatus of claim 12 wherein the corner piece further comprises a back flap and a front flap which is smaller than said back flap, the back flap being joined to the front flap along the edges of the front flap which delineates a side edge, a top edge and a corner aperture.
17 . The apparatus of claim 15 wherein the corner piece has a hanging support attachment region located midline of the back flap along the transverse edge, wherein the hanging support mechanism is connected to the hanging support attachment region.
