 a base;   a body coupled to the base to create the shotgun shell; and   said body is a plastic or similar material comprising a glow-in-the-dark, photoluminescent material that is not fluorescent.

         12 . The shotgun shell of  claim 10 , wherein the body is a material similar to plastic.
