Construction vehicle
Abstract
Disclosed is a construction vehicle provided with a first exhaust gas treatment apparatus which is connected to the input side of the exhaust pipe of engine and includes the diesel oxidation catalyst device and the diesel particulate filter device, and a second exhaust gas treatment apparatus which is connected to the output side of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and includes the selective catalytic reduction device, and a mixing pipe which is installed between the output side of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and the input side of the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus and includes the urea water injection device, wherein the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus is disposed farther away from the engine than the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus, and the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus is positioned at the upper side of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus. The construction vehicle according to the disclosure has the efficient configuration of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus installed in the one side of the diesel engine, which can reduce the width in the axial direction of the engine, thereby not only improving the installation workability of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus, but allowing the efficient inspection and maintenance of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An exhaust gas treatment apparatus used for a construction vehicle for reducing the air pollutants of the diesel engine, comprising;
a first exhaust gas treatment apparatus which is connected to the input side of the exhaust pipe of engine and includes the diesel oxidation catalyst device (DOC) and the diesel particulate filter device (DPF), a second exhaust gas treatment apparatus which is connected to the output side of said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and includes the selective catalytic reduction device (SCR), and a mixing pipe which is installed between the output side of said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and the input side of said second exhaust gas treatment apparatus and includes the urea water injection device, wherein said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus is disposed farther away from the engine than said second exhaust gas treatment apparatus, and said second exhaust gas treatment apparatus is positioned at the upper side of said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus.
2 . The exhaust gas treatment apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising,
a plate having the slope corresponding to the configuration arranging said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and said second exhaust gas treatment apparatus which are fixed at the top surface of the plate while the bottom surface of the plate is interconnected with the top surface of the cowl frame positioned to the one side of the upper frame.
3 . The exhaust gas treatment apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising,
a first bracket and a second bracket which have the grooves to seat said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and said second exhaust gas treatment apparatus, respectively, while the first bracket and the second bracket are placed on the top surface of said plate.
4 . The exhaust gas treatment apparatus of claim 3 , further comprising,
at least one of fixing members which are placed at the opposite upper ends of said first bracket and said second bracket so as to fix said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and said second exhaust gas treatment apparatus while covering the outer circumferences thereof.
5 . The exhaust gas treatment apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and said second exhaust gas treatment apparatus are disposed with at least one part thereof overlapped when viewed from the above.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
