Abstract
A belt loop accessory having an elongated strip. Attached to each end of the strip are retaining rings. The rings are configured to frictionally engage and slide along a belt.
Claims

1 . A belt loop accessory, comprising:
an elongated strip made of a pliable material; and a pair of slideable retaining rings attached to an inner surface of the elongated strip.
2 . The accessory of claim 1 wherein the pliable material is leather.
3 . The accessory of claim 1 wherein the retaining rings are attached to the strip with rivets.
4 . The accessory of claim 1 wherein the rings are comprised of strips with overlapping and attached ends.
5 . The accessory of claim 1 wherein the rings are configured to frictionally engage a belt.
6 . The accessory of claim 5 wherein manual force is required to slide rings along the belt.
7 . The accessory of claim 1 where and when the rings are slid toward one another a loop between the belt and elongated strip is formed.
8 . The accessory of claim 1 where and when the rings are slid apart from one another along the belt the elongated strip lies flush with the belt.
9 . The accessory of claim 1 wherein the rings are continuous.
10 . The accessory of claim 7 further comprising an object positioned within the loop.
