Abstract

The present disclosure provides a method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment, which includes the following steps: a current scene is monitored, when a user exists in the current scene, scene information of the current scene is acquired, and the current scene is recognized according to the scene information to acquires a scene recognizing result; action information of the user is acquired, the action information is recognized to acquires an action recognizing result; a controlled equipment matched with the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result is controlled according to the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result. The present disclosure further provides a device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment. The present disclosure controls the corresponding controlled equipment through recognizing the current scene and the user's action, therefore intelligently controlling the controlled equipment is realized, user does not need to do special action or gesture.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment, comprising the following steps:
 monitoring a current scene, when a user existing in the current scene, acquiring scene information of the current scene, recognizing the current scene according to the scene information, acquiring a scene recognizing result;   acquiring action information of the user, recognizing the action information, acquiring an action recognizing result; and   controlling a controlled equipment matched with the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result according to the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result.   
     
     
         2 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 1 , wherein controlling a controlled equipment matched with the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result according to the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result comprises:
 finding a matched controlling instruction and the matched controlled equipment according to the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result;   sending the controlling instruction to the matched controlled equipment.   
     
     
         3 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 2 , wherein before sending the controlling instruction to the matched controlled equipment, the method for intelligently controlling the controlled equipment further comprises:
 acquiring a current state of the matched controlled equipment;   judging whether the current state of the matched controlled equipment is consistent with a corresponding state of the controlling instruction;   when the current state is consistent with the corresponding state of the controlling instruction, making the controlling instruction to be not sent out;   when the current state is not consistent with the corresponding state of the controlling instruction, sending the controlling instruction to the matched controlled equipment.   
     
     
         4 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 3 , wherein before acquiring action information of the user, the method for intelligently controlling the controlled equipment further comprises:
 acquiring identity information of the user, judging whether the user is a legitimate user;   when the user is the legitimate user, acquiring the action information of the user;   when the user is not the legitimate user, starting an alarm system.   
     
     
         5 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 4 , wherein acquiring the identity information of the user, judging whether the user is the legitimate user comprises:
 extracting portrait characters of the user from the scene information;   recognizing the portrait characters of the user, judging whether the portrait characters of the user are consistent with prestored portrait characters of the legitimate user;   if yes, judging the user as the legitimate user;   if not, judging the user as an illegal user.   
     
     
         6 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 2 , wherein before acquiring the identity information of the user, judging whether the user is the legitimate user, the method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment further comprises:
 acquiring identity information of the user, judging whether the user is a legitimate user;   when the user is the legitimate user, acquiring the action information of the user;   when the user is not the legitimate user, starting an alarm system.   
     
     
         7 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 6 , wherein acquiring the identify of the user, judging whether the user is the legitimate user comprises:
 extracting portrait characters of the user from the scene information;   recognizing the portrait characters of the user, judging whether the portrait characters of the user are consistent with prestored portrait characters of the legitimate user;   if yes, judging the user as the legitimate user;   if not, judging the user as an illegal user.   
     
     
         8 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 1 , wherein before acquiring the identity information of the user, judging whether the user is the legitimate user, the method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment further comprises:
 acquiring identity information of the user, judging whether the user is a legitimate user;   when the user is the legitimate user, acquiring the action information of the user;   when the user is not the legitimate user, starting an alarm system.   
     
     
         9 . The method for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 8 , wherein acquiring the identify of the user, judging whether the user is the legitimate user comprises:
 extracting portrait characters of the user from the scene information;   recognizing the portrait characters of the user, judging whether the portrait characters of the user are consistent with prestored portrait characters of the legitimate user;   if yes, judging the user as the legitimate user;   if not, judging the user as an illegal user.   
     
     
         10 . A device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment, comprising:
 a scene analyzing module, the scene analyzing module being used for monitoring a current scene, when a user existing in the current scene, the scene analyzing module acquiring scene information of the current scene, and recognizing the current scene according to the scene information, acquiring a scene recognizing result;   an action analyzing module, the action analyzing module being used for acquiring action information of the user, recognizing the action information, acquiring an action recognizing result; and   a controlling module, the controlling module being used for controlling a controlled equipment matched with the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result according to the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result.   
     
     
         11 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 10 , wherein the controlling module is also used for:
 finding a matched controlling instruction and the matched controlled equipment according to the scene recognizing result and the action recognizing result;   sending the controlling instruction to the matched controlled equipment.   
     
     
         12 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 11 , wherein the device for intelligently controlling the controlled equipment further comprises a state analyzing module, which is used for acquiring a current state of the matched controlled equipment; judging whether the current state of the matched controlled equipment is consistent with a corresponding state of the controlling instruction;
 the controlling module does not send the controlling instruction when the current state is consistent with the corresponding state of the controlling instruction, when the current state is not consistent with the corresponding state of the controlling instruction, the controlling module is used for sending the controlling instruction to the matched controlled equipment.   
     
     
         13 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 12 , wherein the device for intelligently controlling the controlled equipment further comprises an identity recognizing module and an alarming module;
 the identity recognizing module is used for acquiring identity information of the user, whether the user is a legitimate user is judged;   the action analyzing module is also used for acquiring the action information of the user when the user is the legitimate user;   the alarming module is used for starting alarm system when the user is not the legitimate user.   
     
     
         14 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 13 , wherein the identity recognizing module is also used for:
 extracting portrait characters of the user from the scene information;   recognizing the portrait characters of the user, whether the portrait characters of the user are consistent with prestored portrait characters of the legitimate user is judged;   if yes, the user is judged as the legitimate user;   if not, the user is judged as an illegal user.   
     
     
         15 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 11 , wherein the device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment further comprises an identity recognizing module and an alarming module;
 the identity recognizing module is used for acquiring identity information of the user, whether the user is a legitimate user is judged;   the action analyzing module is also used for acquiring the action information of the user, when the user is the legitimate user;   the alarming module is used for starting alarm system when the user is not the legitimate user.   
     
     
         16 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 15 , wherein the identity recognizing module is also used for:
 extracting portrait characters of the user from the scene information;   recognizing the portrait characters of the user, whether the portrait characters of the user are consistent with prestored portrait characters of the legitimate user is judged;   if yes, the user is judged as the legitimate user;   if not, the user is judged as an illegal user.   
     
     
         17 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 10 , wherein the device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment further comprises an identity recognizing module and an alarming module;
 the identity recognizing module is used for acquiring identity information of the user, whether the user is a legitimate user is judged;   the action analyzing module is also used for acquiring the action information of the user, when the user is the legitimate user;   the alarming module is used for starting alarm system when the user is not the legitimate user.   
     
     
         18 . The device for intelligently controlling a controlled equipment according to  claim 17 , wherein the identity recognizing module is also used for:
 extracting portrait characters of the user from the scene information;   recognizing the portrait characters of the user, whether the portrait characters of the user are consistent with prestored portrait characters of the legitimate user is judged;   if yes, the user is judged as the legitimate user;   if not, the user is judged as an illegal user.
