Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method of treating a patient with a skin disorder selected from the group consisting of:
a) prurigo nodularis; b) Cutaneous T cell Lymphoma; c) Bullous pemphigoid; d) Vitiligo; e) Acne Rosacea; and f) Scleroderma; wherein the method comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-Interleukin-31RA (IL-31RA) antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier to the patient, wherein the anti-IL-31RA antibody or antigen-binding fragment binds amino acid residues 20-519 of SEQ ID NO:6.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the anti-IL-31RA antibody or antigen-binding fragment is neutralizing.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the Fc region of the anti-IL-31RA antibody is IgG, IgA, IgD, IgM or IgE.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the Fc region of the anti-IL-31RA antibody is IgG.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the anti-IL-31RA antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof is humanized.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
