Exercise training device

Abstract

An exercise training device includes a first bag portion defining a planar front surface and a rear surface. The exercise training device includes a second bag portion attached to the front surface of the first bag portion. The second bag portion has a semi-spherical shape that projects outwardly from the front surface of the first bag portion. The exercise training device includes a user handle that allows a user to hold the exercise training device. The user handle is disposed at the rear surface of the first bag portion.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An exercise training device comprising:
 a first bag portion defining a planar front surface and a rear surface;   a second bag portion attached to the front surface of the first bag portion, the second bag portion having a semi-spherical shape that projects outwardly from the front surface of the first bag portion; and   a user handle configured to allow a user to hold the exercise training device, the user handle disposed at the rear surface of the first bag portion.   
     
     
         2 . The exercise training device of  claim 1 , wherein the user handle is attached to the second bag portion and penetrates through the first bag portion. 
     
     
         3 . The exercise training device of  claim 2 , wherein the second bag portion is attached to the first bag portion via the user handle. 
     
     
         4 . The exercise training device of  claim 2 , wherein the first bag portion defines an opening through which the user handle penetrates. 
     
     
         5 . The exercise training device of  claim 1 , wherein the user handle is rotatable relative to the rear surface. 
     
     
         6 . The exercise training device of  claim 5 , wherein the user handle is rotatable between a first position and a second position, the first position and the second position separated between about 80 degrees to about 100 degrees. 
     
     
         7 . The exercise training device of  claim 1 , wherein the second bag portion is removable from the first bag portion. 
     
     
         8 . An exercise training device comprising:
 a second bag portion comprising:
 a first surface having a semi-spherical shape; and 
 a second surface, opposing the first surface, extending planar; 
 a first user handle disposed at the second surface of the second bag portion; and 
 a second user handle disposed at the second surface of the second bag portion, the second user handle spaced apart from the first user handle, wherein the first user handle and the second user handle are configured to allow a user to hold the exercise training device. 
   
     
     
         9 . The exercise training device of  claim 8 , wherein at least one of the first user handle or the second user handle is rotatable relative to the second surface. 
     
     
         10 . The exercise training device of  claim 8 , comprising a fifth user handle disposed at the second surface of the second bag portion. 
     
     
         11 . The exercise training device of  claim 10 , wherein an axis intersects the first user handle and the fifth user handle, the second user handle disposed on a first side of the axis such that the axis does not intersect the second user handle. 
     
     
         12 . The exercise training device of  claim 11 , comprising a third user handle disposed at the second surface of the second bag portion, the third user handle disposed on a second side of the axis such that the axis does not intersect the third user handle. 
     
     
         13 . The exercise training device of  claim 8 , wherein at least one of the first user handle or the second user handle has a planar portion that lies within a plane that is parallel to a plane within which the second surface lies. 
     
     
         14 . An exercise training device comprising:
 a first bag portion defining a planar front surface and a rear surface, the front surface and the rear surface attached by at least one lateral surface; and   a second bag portion attached to the front surface of the first bag portion, the second bag portion having a semi-spherical shape that projects outwardly from the front surface of the first bag portion, an outer perimeter of the second bag portion spaced a distance apart from the lateral surface.   
     
     
         15 . The exercise training device of  claim 14 , wherein a first distance from a first point on the outer perimeter of the second bag portion to a second point on the lateral surface is less than a second distance from a third point on the outer perimeter of the second bag portion to a fourth point on the lateral surface, where the first point is spaced apart from the third point on the outer perimeter of the second bag portion and where a line passing through the first point and the second point is non-parallel to a line passing through the third point and the fourth point. 
     
     
         16 . The exercise training device of  claim 14 , wherein the second bag portion is removable from the first bag portion. 
     
     
         17 . The exercise training device of  claim 14 , comprising a user handle configured to allow a user to hold the exercise training device, the user handle disposed at the rear surface of the first bag portion. 
     
     
         18 . The exercise training device of  claim 17 , wherein the user handle is attached to the second bag portion and penetrates through the first bag portion. 
     
     
         19 . The exercise training device of  claim 18 , wherein the second bag portion is attached to the first bag portion via the user handle. 
     
     
         20 . The exercise training device of  claim 17 , comprising an attachment mechanism configured to couple the user handle to a first location of the rear surface of the first bag portion, decouple the user handle from the first location of the rear surface of the first bag portion, and couple a second user handle to the first location of the rear surface of the first bag portion.
