Claims

Abstract

The present invention relates to a glove intermediate membrane having moisture permeability and a waterproof function, gloves using the same, and a manufacturing method therefor. A glove intermediate membrane, which is inserted between an inner liner and an outer shell of a glove, is manufactured in such a manner that a glove shaped first intermediate membrane made of a first material having moisture permeability and a waterproof function and a glove shaped second intermediate membrane made of a second material having a melting point lower than that of the first material to be joined thereto are overlapped with each other, and then an edge portion excluding a wrist portion is thermally bonded. Also, a glove is manufactured in such a manner that an inner liner, the above-described intermediate membrane, and the ouster shell are sequentially put onto a mold and thermally bonded. The glove manufactured as described above has moisture permeability and a waterproof function and simultaneously has an excellent grip feeling. The manufacturing process is simple to reduce manufacturing time and also remarkably reduce manufacturing costs.

1 . A glove intermediate membrane, which is inserted between an inner liner and an outer shell of a glove, the glove intermediate membrane comprising:
 a first intermediate membrane having a glove shape and made of a first material having moisture permeability and a waterproof function; and   a second intermediate membrane disposed on one of an inner surface and an outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and having a melting point lower than that of the first material so that the first intermediate membrane is joined to one of the inner liner and the outer shell by heat supply.   
     
     
         2 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 1 , wherein the second glove intermediate membrane is made of a fiber assembly made of the second material in a sheet shape. 
     
     
         3 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 2 , wherein the sheet comprises a plurality of voids disposed over an entire area thereof. 
     
     
         4 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 1 , wherein the first intermediate membrane comprises one pair of sheets, each of which has a plane shape of a glove;
 the second intermediate membrane comprises one pair of sheets overlapping an inside or an outside of the first intermediate membrane, and   an edge part of each of the first and second intermediate membranes excluding a wrist portion comprises an edge joining part that is joined by heat supply.   
     
     
         5 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 1 , further comprising a third intermediate membrane disposed on the other of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and made of a third material having a melting point lower than that of the first material so that the first intermediate membrane is joined to the other of the inner liner and the outer shell. 
     
     
         6 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 5 , wherein the third material is made of the same material as that of the second material. 
     
     
         7 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 5 , wherein the first intermediate membrane comprises one pair of sheets, which of each having the plane shape of the glove.
 the second intermediate membrane comprises one pair of sheets overlapping one of an inside and an outside of the first intermediate membrane,   the third intermediate membrane comprises one pair of sheets overlapping the other side of the first intermediate membrane, and   an edge part of each of the first, second, and third intermediate membranes excluding a wrist portion comprises an edge joining part that is joined by heat supply.   
     
     
         8 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 1 , wherein a plurality of thermal joining materials made of a fourth material having a melting point lower than that of the first material are distributed over an entire area of the other of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first intermediate membrane so that the first intermediate membrane is joined to the other of the inner liner and the outer shell by heat supply. 
     
     
         9 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 8 , wherein the thermal joining materials are spaced at a predetermined distance and uniformly distributed. 
     
     
         10 . The glove intermediate membrane of  claim 8 , wherein the first intermediate membrane comprises one pair of sheets, each of which has the plane shape of the glove,
 the second intermediate membrane comprises one pair of sheets overlapping one of an inside and an outside of the first intermediate membrane,   the thermal joining materials are distributed on the entire area of the other surface of the first intermediate membrane, and   an edge part of each of the first and second third intermediate membranes excluding a wrist portion comprises an edge joining part that is joined by heat supply.   
     
     
         11 . A method for manufacturing a glove intermediate membrane, which is inserted between an inner liner and an outer shell, the method comprising:
 a sheet arrangement process in which two first intermediate membrane sheets, each of which is made of a first material having moisture permeability and a waterproof function and two second intermediate membrane sheets, each of which is made of a second material having a melting point lower than that of the first material and disposed on one of an inside and an outside of each of the two first intermediate membrane sheets are overlapped;   a sheet cutting process in which the overlapped first and second intermediate membrane sheets are cut in the plane shape of the glove; and   an edge joining process in which heat is supplied to an edge part of each of the cut first and second intermediate membrane sheets excluding a wrist portion to join the first and second intermediate membrane sheets to each other.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein, in the sheet arrangement process, two third intermediate membrane sheets, each of which is made of a third material having a melting point lower than that of the first material, further overlap the other of the inside and the outside of each of the two first intermediate membrane sheets ,
 in the sheet cutting process, the overlapped first, second, and third intermediate membrane sheets are cut into the plane shape of the glove, and,   in the edge joining process, heat is supplied to the edge part of each of the cut first, second, and third intermediate membrane sheets excluding the wrist portion to join the first. second, and third intermediate membrane sheets.   
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein, in the sheet arrangement process, a plurality of thermal joining materials made of a fourth material having a melting point lower than that of the first material are distributed over an entire area of the other of the inside and the outside of the two first intermediate membrane sheets. 
     
     
         14 . A glove comprising:
 an inner liner having a glove shape;   an outer shell surrounding the inner liner;   a first intermediate membrane disposed between the inner liner and the outer shell and made of a first material having moisture permeability and a waterproof function; and   a first joining part in which a second intermediate membrane disposed on one of an inner surface and an outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and made of a second material having a melting point lower than that of the first material allows the first intermediate membrane to join to one of the inner liner and the outer shell by heat supply.   
     
     
         15 . The glove of  claim 14 , further comprising a second joining part in which a third intermediate membrane disposed on the other of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and made of a third material having a melting point lower than that of the first material allows the first intermediate membrane to join to the other of the inner liner and the outer shell by the heat supply. 
     
     
         16 . The glove of  claim 14 , further comprising a third joining part in which a plurality of thermal joining materials disposed over an entire area of the other of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and made of a fourth material having a melting point lower than that of the first material allows the first intermediate membrane to be joined to the other of the inner liner and the outer shell by the heat supply. 
     
     
         17 . The glove of  claim 14 , further comprising a fourth joining part in which a plurality of thermal joining tapes disposed on the other of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and made of a fifth material having a melting point lower than that of the first material allows the first intermediate membrane to be joined to the other of the inner liner and the outer shell by the heat supply. 
     
     
         18 . A method for manufacturing a glove, the method comprising:
 an inner liner coupling process in which an inner liner is put onto a glove shaped mold;   an intermediate membrane coupling process in which a glove intermediate membrane comprising a first intermediate membrane made of a first material having moisture permeability and a waterproof function and a second intermediate membrane disposed one of an inner surface and an outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and made of a second material having a melting point lower than that of the first material is put onto the inner liner;   an outer shell coupling process in which the outer shell is put onto the glove intermediate membrane; and   a thermal bonding process in which the inner liner, the first and second intermediate membranes, and the outer shell are stacked and joined by one of a method for supplying heat from the outside of the outer shell and a method for supplying heat from the mold.   
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the inner liner is made of a knitting fabric, and,
 in the inner liner coupling process, the inner liner is expanded to be put onto the mold.   
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the outer shell is made of a knitting fabric, and,
 in the outer shell coupling process, the outer shell is expanded to be put onto the mold.   
     
     
         21 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein, before the inner liner coupling process, the mold maintains a heated state. 
     
     
         22 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein, in the thermal bonding process, a surface of the outer shell is pressurized and heated. 
     
     
         23 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the glove intermediate membrane further comprises a third intermediate membrane disposed on the other of an inner surface and an outer surface of the first intermediate membrane and made of a third material having a melting point lower than that of the first material, and,
 in the thermal bonding process, the inner liner, the first, second, and third intermediate membranes and the outer shell are stacked and joined.   
     
     
         24 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the glove intermediate membrane comprises a plurality of thermal joining materials made of a fourth material having a melting point lower than that of the first material are distributed on an entire area of the other of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first intermediate membrane, and,
 in the thermal bonding process, the inner liner, the first, second, and third intermediate membrane, and the outer shell are stacked and joined.   
     
     
         25 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein, in the glove intermediate membrane of the intermediate membrane coupling process, a plurality of thermal joining tapes made of a fifth material having a melting point lower than that of the first material are attached to the other of the inner surface and the outer surface of the first intermediate membrane 
     
     
         26 . The method of  claim 18 , further comprising a thermal joining tape attachment process in which, after the inner liner coupling process, a thermal joining tape made of a fifth material having a melting point lower than that of the first material is attached to an outer surface of the inner liner, and,
 in the glove intermediate membrane of the intermediate membrane coupling process, the second intermediate membrane is disposed on an outer surface of the first intermediate membrane.
