Abstract

A container with filter is provided. The container includes a cup body, a circumferential wall and a bottom portion connecting with an end of the circumferential wall, and defines a receiving space. A filter layer is annularly connected with an inner surface of the cup body and has a movable portion disposed concavely toward the bottom portion of the cup body. A brewing material is disposed between the bottom portion and the filter layer. A heat combination device having a shape and dimension circumferentially corresponding to an interior of the cup body is also provided for producing the container.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A container with filter, including:
a cup body, including a circumferential wall and a bottom portion connecting with an end of the circumferential wall, surroundingly formed with a receiving space and an opening side, the opening side having an opening; a filter layer, including a connecting portion annularly connected with an inner surface of the circumferential wall and a movable portion concavely disposed toward the bottom portion and movable; and a brewing material, disposed between the bottom portion and the filter layer.

2 . The container with filter of claim 1 , wherein the movable portion is disposed substantially along the inner surface of the circumferential wall and concavely toward the bottom portion, and the movable portion is disposed substantially along the inner surface of the circumferential wall and the bottom portion.

3 . The container with filter of claim 1 , wherein the filter layer is a woven layer.

4 . The container with filter of claim 1 , wherein the filter layer is a cloth layer.

5 . The container with filter of claim 1 , wherein the container includes two the filter layers, and the brewing material is disposed between the two filter layers.

6 . The container with filter of claim 1 , wherein the movable portion substantially contacts the brewing material.

7 . The container with filter of claim 1 , wherein the brewing material includes tea leaves, coffee powder, juice brewing material, herbal medicine or instant soup material.

8 . A heat combination device provided for producing the container with filter of claim 1 , including:
a main body, having an outer circumferential surface and a bottom surface connected with the outer circumferential surface, the outer circumferential surface substantially corresponding to the inner surface of the circumferential wall of the cup body in shape and dimension, an annular heating portion disposed on the outer circumferential surface in a predetermined distance away from the bottom surface; wherein the main body is used to press the filter layer into the cup body to make the filter layer disposed substantially along the inner surface of the circumferential wall and concavely toward the bottom portion, and the connecting portion is annularly connected with the inner surface of the circumferential wall.

9 . The heat combination device of claim 8 , wherein the inner surface of the cup body is covered with a water-proof layer, the annular heating portion has a predetermined temperature to annularly connect the filter layer with the inner surface of the circumferential wall, and the predetermined temperature is lower than a melting point of the water-proof layer.
