Abstract

A fastening arrangement of a sensor element, in particular a camera, on a fastening element of a motor vehicle involves holding the sensor element on a holding element of the fastening element by means of a force generated by a spring region of a spring element and orientated in one direction. The spring element has a second spring region connected at least indirectly to the first spring region and running at angle to the first spring region, which the sensor element adjoins in a second direction that runs at an angle to the first direction.

         12 . A fastening element for holding a camera, wherein the camera has a housing with a fastening bolt, the fastening element comprising:
 a fastening plate having a surface;   a holding element that is configured to receive and hold the fastening bolt of the camera and the holding element has a receiver bordered by a first holding part and a second holding part;   a first spring that is arranged opposite relative to the first and second holding parts of the receiver, and   wherein the fastening bolt of the camera is held in the holding element by a force generated by the first spring in a first direction that is approximately parallel to the surface of the fastening plate.   
     
     
         13 . The fastening element according to  claim 12 , wherein the receiver of the holding element has an undercut. 
     
     
         14 . The fastening element according to  claim 13 , wherein the undercut allows the camera to be locked in the receiver by the force generated by the first spring. 
     
     
         15 . The fastening element according to  claim 13 , wherein the undercut provides a force that runs at least substantially perpendicular to the surface of the fastening plate such that the fastening bolt is held in the receiver. 
     
     
         16 . The fastening element according to  claim 12 , further comprising a second spring that is positioned adjacent to the holding element. 
     
     
         17 . The fastening element according to  claim 16 , wherein the second spring is configured to adjoin and press onto the housing of the camera by a force generated by the second spring in a second direction at an angle relative to the first direction so as to prevent slacking of the camera. 
     
     
         18 . The fastening element according to  claim 16 , further comprising a third spring that is positioned adjacent to the holding element. 
     
     
         19 . The fastening element according to  claim 18 , wherein the third spring element is configured to adjoin and press onto the housing of the camera by a force generated by the third spring in a second direction at an angle relative to the first direction so as to prevent slacking of the camera. 
     
     
         20 . The fastening element according to  claim 18 , wherein the first spring is arranged in a center between the second spring and the third spring. 
     
     
         21 . The fastening element according to  claim 12 , wherein the first spring has a grip region. 
     
     
         22 . The fastening element according to  claim 16 , wherein the second spring provides tolerance compensation resulting from production-related tolerances of one or more of: (i) the fastening element and (ii) the camera. 
     
     
         23 . The fastening element according to  claim 12 , wherein the camera is a night-vision camera. 
     
     
         24 . The fastening element according to  claim 12 , wherein the fastening bolt has one or more non-round external peripheral sides so that the fastening bolt does not rotate around an axis of rotation that extends at least substantially in a transverse direction of a vehicle or at least substantially parallel to a longitudinal extension direction of the fastening bolt. 
     
     
         25 . The fastening element according to  claim 12 , wherein the first and second holding parts are formed as a single piece with the fastening plate. 
     
     
         26 . The fastening element according to  claim 25 , wherein one or more of: (i) the first holding part, (ii) the second holding part, and (iii) the fastening plate is made from plastic.
