Abstract
A device preventing an object falling out of an open-top pocket is a thin V-shaped piece of wire and has a pair of hooks and retaining arms on the top.

1 . A device for preventing an object in an open-top shirts pocket from falling out consists of a thin element having a means of anchoring on said shirt and retaining said object at the top end and having a sufficient length and rigidity to keep said object and said element in said pocket.
2 . The device of claim 1 wherein, said element is a V-shaped wire.
3 . The device of claim 2 wherein said means of anchoring is a pair of V-shaped horizontal hooks in mirror image where the pointed ends facing away from each other and said means of retaining is a pair of substantially horizontal and parallel portions next to said hooks and elastic spreading force of said wire.
