 the cleaning fabric is movable, at least in part, into and out from the elongated interior planar-shaped slot via the slot-shaped entrance of the wallet card assembly; and
 the oppositely-facing spaced-apart planar side walls of the wallet card assembly surround, at least in part, the pliable exposed opposite planar fabric surfaces of the cleaning fabric once the cleaning fabric is moved, at least in part, into the elongated interior planar-shaped slot of the wallet card assembly.

         4 . The apparatus of  claim 3 , wherein:
 the wallet card assembly defines a notched area configured to expose a portion of the cleaning fabric once the cleaning fabric is received in the interior of the wallet card assembly.

         5 . The apparatus of  claim 3 , wherein:
 the wallet card assembly provides an elongated slide track extending along an outer surface of the wallet card assembly.

         6 . The apparatus of  claim 5 , wherein:
 the cleaning fabric includes a sleeve portion defining an elongated edge groove configured for friction fit with an elongated edge portion of the cleaning fabric so that the cleaning fabric is fixedly attached to the sleeve portion; and the sleeve portion is configured to stiffen the elongated edge portion of the cleaning fabric so that the cleaning fabric may be slide receivable into the interior of the wallet card assembly.

         7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising:
 a slide button being fixedly mounted to a midsection of the sleeve portion.

         8 . The apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein:
 the slide button protrudes from a front side of the sleeve portion.

         9 . The apparatus of  claim 8 , wherein:
 the slide button is slidably engaged with the elongated slide track so that the slide button is slidable between opposite ends of the elongated slide track.

         10 . The apparatus of  claim 3 , wherein:
 the cleaning fabric presents a corner portion for user manipulation in such a way that the cleaning fabric is movable, at least in part, from the wallet card assembly.

         11 . The apparatus of claim 3 , further comprising:
 an elongated spring housing being fixedly connected to an edge of the cleaning fabric; the elongated spring housing being fixedly mounted into the interior of the wallet card assembly; a torsion roll spring being received and housed in the elongated spring housing; the torsion roll spring being configured to retract the cleaning fabric into an interior hollow space of the wallet card assembly.

         12 . The apparatus of  claim 11 , wherein:
 a user, in use, manually grips a free edge portion of the cleaning fabric and pulls, at least in part, the cleaning fabric from the wallet card assembly, and the torsion roll spring allows some of the cleaning fabric to be retracted from the interior of the wallet card assembly; and once the user no longer needs the cleaning fabric, the user gives a tug on the cleaning fabric so that the torsion roll spring may retract the cleaning fabric into the interior of the wallet card assembly, and as the cleaning fabric is retracted into the interior of the wallet card assembly, the cleaning fabric is rolled onto the elongated spring housing to take up an excess amount of the cleaning fabric.

         13 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the wallet card assembly includes:
 a first shell formation;
 a second shell formation being pivotally connected to, and pivotally movable relative to, the first shell formation between an open position and a closed position;
 in an open position, the first shell formation and the second shell formation are pivotally spaced apart from each other in such a way that the cleaning fabric is movable, at least in part, into and out from between the first shell formation and the second shell formation while the first shell formation and the second shell formation are positioned in the open position; and
 in a closed position, the first shell formation and the second shell formation are pivotally positioned to face each other in such a way that the first shell formation and the second shell formation form an enclosed interior slot therebetween, in which the cleaning fabric is securely received between the first shell formation and the second shell formation.

         14 . The apparatus of  claim 13 , wherein:
 the first shell formation and the second shell formation are configured to open by pivoting on an edge of the wallet card assembly; and the cleaning fabric is movable, at least in part, out of the wallet card assembly.

         15 . The apparatus of  claim 13 , wherein:
 the cleaning fabric is fixedly attached to an edge portion of the wallet card assembly.

         16 . The apparatus of  claim 3 , wherein:
 the cleaning fabric includes a grip device positioned along an edge portion of the cleaning fabric; and the grip device is located opposite from the elongated edge.

         17 . The apparatus of  claim 16 , wherein:
 the wallet card assembly defines elongated slots defined on opposite edge sides of the wallet card assembly; and the elongated slots are spaced apart from each other and are aligned parallel to each other; and the grip device is configured to be receivable in the interior of the wallet card assembly in such a way that end portions of the grip device extend outwardly through each of the elongated slots, and the end portions of the grip device are user accessible; and the user, in use, manually contacts the end portions of the grip device for retracting the cleaning fabric into the interior of the wallet card assembly; and the user, in use, grips an end portion of the cleaning fabric in order to pull, at least in part, the cleaning fabric from the wallet card assembly.

         18 . The apparatus of  claim 3 , wherein:
